Got the right idea to modernize the logo for Volcanoes & Earthquakes app instantly and it turned out that the very first proposal was the one that got chosen in the end.

low customer services to designer support, in website, they said new designer account may approved after 3-5 approved design submission, but i have submitted over 30 approved design , but my account not approved yet, very very worst website, worthless, scam

Although it was a bit long, but it is very satisfying, Customer Services was very helpful and humane, listened to the problem well, and did his job well, especially Julius, I hope I got his name right, he was very helpful!

Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 designers assigned to my logo put multiple design logos together using stock images as well as some duplicated design concepts I did through ChatGPT.

Recently, they managed a situation where the client needed a specific arrangement, and the team ensured that the designers were still compensated and appreciated for their work. It is rare to find a platform that balances the needs of clients while protecting the rights of designers so well. Highly recommended!

I've been participating in DesignCrowd for a long time, but I've never won. But that didn't stop me from giving up until last December, and just a few days ago, I won a contest. This made me even more enthusiastic. The direct payment process to PayPal also makes it very easy for designers. Even though there's a 15% cut, it's no problem. After all, DesignCrowd has provided many new opportunities and experiences. Thank you.

This company is great for quality designers, but the verification process is very harsh and sudden deactivation is a risk for designers. Also the verification does not uphold their on policy of quality standards while verifying the account.

Design crowd is quick and efficient, fully engaged in customer service and customer support. That is essential in today’s world “where you can get good quality for a fair price”.

I've been working with DesignCrowd for over 10 years. Payments used to be very fast, between 2 and 3 hours after client approval, and that was perfect. Now I'm surprised to find that they're unnecessarily delayed by 48 hours; they've added another step between approval and completed. Which I think is wrong, because it's unfair to designers, who are their business partners.
