Sent free samples which was great before deciding on right colour of wallpaper. There were issues with delivery courier but contacted Paul who chased it up and resent order on express delivery. Paul was very courteous and professional. Wallpaper is beautiful and very high quality, easy to hang. I’m over the moon with my purchase.

What a wonderful source for exquisite wallpapers. I’m from the United States and the pricing is extraordinarily good. Better selection than the states and much less expensive. The quality of the paper exceeds our expectation. The service from the employees/management was bespoke. Shipment was extremely fast and very inexpensive to the states.

After I placed my order I got a confirmation email saying, once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track the package. After a week of hearing nothing else I sent an email to ask has my order been shipped yet. I receive an email back to say because I had only purchased one roll, it was sent regular post as opposed to tracking. (Regardless of whether it 1 roll or 10 I am still a paying customer and this paper is not cheap). Fast forward two weeks and I still had not received it so I emailed again. To which was said, it must be lost in transit and they would send another roll tracked postage. Over 3 weeks later, no paper and still no tracking and when I emailed again the reply I got was; I will cancel and refund your order. Terrible terrible service and unacceptable way to run a business!
