Problem solved.
Sent them my watch for warranty repair. They gave me the address to send it to. They said itll take 5-10 days. Tracking shows that the watch was picked up and signed for by them. I asked them where is my watch, they said that it was sent to the return address snd they are waiting.
Update: received a new watch. But if you are sending it to them for repair under warranty, make sure you call them. Do NOT use the live chat with John.

Hello Yusuf,
We sent you a new watch and dispatched yesterday. We are wondering why you didn't receive any tracking in your email. Regarding the delay, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The delay was due to issues at the RM depot, which delayed the arrival of parcels to our facility. We want to assure you that we have not misplaced or stolen your watch.
Thanks!
