Please, Please do not use this company. All those reviews are from them or people they force to give reviews when they start dealing with them. They did the same thing to me. They spend about 1 hour over the phone to give them good review. Thank God i did not do that. However, they force me to talk to a new customer on how good they are. At that time i was new and did not know how bad they are. They are scam. They did a horrible work and keep taking money from me. When i realize the site is horrible. I decide to quit working with them. At that point they refuse to give me my domain.
After, for almost a year they say that they will give me my money back. They never answer my phone call. I am still reaching out to them everyday and no answer.
I truly do not know how to tell you not to use this company.
I had to pay full money to build another website.

Do NOT do business with this company. They are a fraud! This is a complete SCAM! They will take your money and never complete a service. Your domain will be under their server...they will have control of your website--not you. They will continue to nickle and dime you until you realize this is a scam. The entire company is a fraud. Located in India...not San Francisco. They try to use American names to make them sound authentic. Just more scammers from India. Do not do business with these criminals.

I see my complaint was removed. (Lashun Garner complaint.)That would be me! I proved they scamed me, I guess money is more important than the truth of a consumer!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR.

If I could give them no star i would. They have failed to do the job I hired them for . No updates on my website, the only thing i saw was basically a generic looking website still in code. The only thing they applied was bare bones information. The project was turned over to Ray Davis who assured me my website was in good hands. WRONG! The last contact came in may asking for another sum of money to do more work on the project. I'm glad that i didn't give them the full amount upfront. Definitely wouldn't recommend their services. I have reported this to the BBB at this point. All i want is the money i invested thinking my website would be handled with dignity and respect. It's July now, it was March last time i spoke with anyone. I attempted to email Ray Davis on multiple occasions to get no reply. Today in a attempt to contact them, the email was no good and the domain couldn't be found. Scam is really what it is. Just pay me my money back and I will find someone honest to do it.

I was able to quickly receive the assistance I needed with obtaining a new domain and within 2 business days my site was live!

Ian was so helpful and patient with these 78 yr old non tecy people. He was timely in everything he did and made the changes we asked for. He not only gave us a very nice website " snrjerky" but we were given permission to contact him if we needed more help. Really the best customer service we could ask for! Thank you Ian

Mark and Jay did a great job designing my website. They worked hard at making sure it was designed exactly as I wanted. They also patiently walked me through the details. The finished website looks awesome.

This company made my company logo and they worked very hard with me to achieve what I wanted.

I’m happy I got them as providers.

My contact was Harry and he made sure my needs are met and that too within my budget He presented me a good economical solution for what I wanted to achieve for my website and He gave me several options and ideas which definately suited me for my website.

In the begining i was hesitating to approach this company but they made sure not to have any trust issues as they were very professional with their work.
There were definitely few alteration which i wanted and he made sure that was done.

Well when client is happy you just need to appreciate the company you worked with as they have fulfilled all the requirements.

The Project I presented design Designsengine was a complex task. I don’t believe anyone could have done a more complete professional job like Sarah Martin did for me on this project. By far it was not just a slam dunk at all. She made herself available for all my needs questions and expectations. She is true professional by all means by what she does. I will be returning to her for my further projects that’s my company grows I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
