We started working with Ian at DesignsEngine in July 2020, and he was very patient, thorough, and polite.
We took time with building out our website, since this is a new process for us, and Ian worked with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and meeting our every demand. He met all the deadlines, and delivered for us. We are happy with the DesignsEngine team and Ian Diaz.

I have worked with Ian at Design Utility on several projects, large and small. I am treated with respect and understanding. If I have an issue or want to change something, it is always done quickly and with my vision in mind. I love that they pick up the phone when I need to speak to a human!!!! Most importantly, the designers and staff are professional, artistic, and always making sure that I am 100% happy with the product.

I have many more graphic and website projects to come; I will only trust them with Design Utility.

Design engine was very thorough when I needed my company's website and other necessities to run my startup business. Their professionalism was top notch. Love

Change your personal information if you have exchanged it with this company. They will not return your money if they can't create the website you ask for. PLEASE BE AWARE!

This company is a fraud. They took my money and never delivered my website. They have stopped answering calls and emails. Stay away from them.
Update: they called and tried to talk me into deleting my review. Offered to give me my website for free in exchange. Not interested. They said a lot of people will lose their jobs if I don't remove my review. I was very pressured but said no way!!

Had a website designed with designsengine. The site looks really good. Had a few issues along the way but that is to be expected, and what really counts is how they are handled, which Ian did a great job at.

I’m extremely happy I stumbled upon Designs Engine! My Account Manager is Jay Barry and he has exceeded my expectations for my website. When I first hired Designs Engine I was not very clear on the look I wanted to achieve for my website and Jay gave me several options and ideas and made any changes and alterations that I requested along the way. Very professional and fun to work with! The process of having a site built can be very overwhelming but Jay was able to make the process as smooth and easy as possible!

I definitely recommend using Designs Engine and I HIGHLY recommend working with Jay!!

Just because they've done a garbage job doesn't mean the pain is over. If you leave them a bad review they try to hack your site and shut it down. These are the scum on the scum.
I was asked to update this by Trustpilot. To me more specific Designsengine tried to hack our website HUNDREDS of times after we left accurate reviews.
They also called and harassed us.
These are people to avoid.

David was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and walk us through the process.

This company will only take your money and not do the service required. They took around 1200$ from me and they keep on removing my review so ppl can’t see it.

Scammers, fraudulent, not trustworthy at all.
They were supposed to file my trademark and copyright in the USA but instead they did it in Canada. And said they did the work.

That was not the agreement.

They keep on saying sorry.. sorry .. sorry I’m a single mother of kids please remove ur review or they’ll fire me. (I have all the proof and voice recordings)

I just asked for a simple service and now I’m in a dispute with them.

REFUND ME MY FUNDS.

Mark is a master of his craft. He is Takes the time to make sure he clearly understands exactly what you want. He is specific, concise and gets things done exactly how you want.

I originally signed Up with 49 Logos To build my website After a few weeks I couldn’t get a hold of anyone I was beginning to think I got scammed. I was extremely discouraged and frustrated at this point this was the third company I had paid to build me a website all of them were false promises and no one delivered.Shortly after I got a call from MArk with designs Engine

Mark told me that their company had bought 49 Logos and that he would complete the site for me without charging any additional money. I didn’t believe him at first I gave him a really hard time. He Assured me byTuesday he would have the main page done,it was Friday I didn’t have much expectations other than disappointment. I told him talk is cheap And that I needed to see results. By the next Tuesday he had the main page done exactly the way I wanted far better then prior developer. Within the next two weeks he did more than the other company had done in six months.

If you had experiences like me this is probably difficult to believe I thought the same thing but give him one chance and I guarantee he’ll exceed your expectations he did for me j& I am not impressed easily.

Since then I have started two other large projects with them this company is amazing Truly MArk is a master of his craft he takes the time to understand exactly what I want and then makes it happen. In my prior experiences I would have to call them constantly and follow up to try to get things done with Mark it’s completely opposite he follows up with me on a consistent regular basis to Show me the progress and make sure it’s exactly what I want.

This company will take your visions and build them.

The experience with the Designs Engine team was one-of-a-kind. The logo and web development process was thorough and detailed. All members of the team were courteous, understanding, and compassionate about delivering the desired results to assist in promoting my business. I highly recommend!

Mark Hudson is an excellent designer. I highly recommend him. He is quick, efficient, and a superb website designer.
