The website is good and has excellent…

The website is good and has excellent products, but unfortunately, customer service regarding shipping is very poor and slow, and the return process is also slow. The website states 1-3 business days, but it's all talk and no action.

I ordered a key fob on the 30th with one-day shipping as stated at checkout, and it still hasn't been shipped. This is very frustrating, so I canceled the order and requested a return. The return policy is as follows:
Refunds done online usually take 2-3 business days to process. You will be notified once the refund has been issued. Once a refund has been issued, most credit card companies can take between 3-7 business days to complete the refund process.

Permitted cancellations during an open Group Buy/Pre-order will incur a 3% fee due to Payment Gateways such as PayPal/Visa/Mastercard no longer returning transaction fees.

Permitted cancellations after a Group Buy will incur a 5% fee because orders are typically placed with manufacturers immediately after Group Buy ends.

Note: If you had used PayPal and its been over 180 days since placing this order; you will be issued a Deskhero Gift Card refund due to PayPal's refund window policy. See HELP DESK.

If the mistake or delay is your fault, will I be compensated? Of course not, but if you cancel the order, a fee of % will be charged.

The only thing they'll offer is a bunch of useless excuses, like "we're under a lot of work pressure," etc.

Poor Quality and No Morals

My order arrived and I have never been so disappointed by quality. The keycaps were supposed to be "premium" but we're rough to the touch and disfigured. Customer service was horrid. Ignored my issues and marked it as final sale when the website clearly states free returns. This has been a horrible experience.
