Court proceedings imminent with Culliway Ltd, the company has been set up fraudulently, went to the address and nobody has any recollection of the company. The address is a residential dwelling.

On the 8th of march I ordered a "Lily high quality double gaming computer office desk size 160x120" for £148.99, When I ordered it I got a confirmation email That didn't give me a tracking number and told me I would get the desk in 14 working days, It has been around that time now and I tried to get onto the website Desks home to see if I could get their contact information to see if I can track my order to see when It will get to me, Now every time I try to open their website, I am redirected to ecommercedns.uk with the message "Your site's DNS is configured correctly,
Make sure your domain has been added to your account" Which I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, I haven't changed my DNS server, They provided a fake phone number which was "07491429390" that went straight to an ai voice that would say the line cannot be reached or does not exist and then hang up, All of this so far is a parade of red flags screaming this site is either a complete scam or under terrible management, I am going to wait 24 hours to see if I get anything from the company in response, If I have my desk delivered I will change my review, But as of right now, 1 STAR, Horrible customer service, Screams of being a scam, some other reviews are saying its a 1 star scam and there are some 5 stars that look like bots, If I don't get anything back from them in 24 hours I will be going to the bank to get refunded on a scam payment and report this companies fraudulent activities, And then I will be taking my money elsewhere!

I ordered a desk for £105 on 25th February and still waiting for the delivery. I followed up couple of times and got a response stating it is being carefully handcrafted, hence taking time. After 2 weeks, I followed again and this time was sent a evri tracking number stating it was delivered on 7th March.
I checked ring camera for 7th March and there wasn’t any such delivery but an Amazon delivery of a poster (which evri also confirmed after). Since then there is no further response nor refund nor delivery and I have disputed the transaction under section 75.

I was sent a bag of something from China - not a desk.

Fantastic desk selection! Ordered a leek modren desk for my home office and couldn't be happier with the quality and style. I am impressed. its been a week and still in originial shape hope it lasts for years!
