Great customer service and product
Great customer service! They were very attentive with the order tracking and very supportive when there was an issue during purchase because of the web freezing during purchase. English and German are not a problem when calling (they even have some Spanish speakers if you need) and they don't leave you forever on the line waiting.
The chair is as described, good quality build and certain improvement from my previous one.
Will certainly look for a desk later on.

Do not Recommend
I have ordered one desk one desk top one chair and a cable holder. It was a clearly large order with desk being 28 kg with metal legs and a large wood table top, and a chair that is around 15 kgs again. They gave this shipment to DHL, the delivery guy said that it is too heavy and since you dont have an elevator I will leave it in the entrance. My question why does not desktronic use DHL 2 Mann delivery for these kinda heavy orders? The box of the chair was open as well when I have received it. I have a back problem, I had to open the box downstairs and carry everything up to 5 th floor in 6 times. I am taking pain killers for a week now because of their recklesness. I dont recommend them at all.

Great Desk, but it was gouged.
I like the desk very much and was pleased they had the walnut top I wanted. However, the top of the table had a gouge in it when it arrived.

I bought a pro chair and the material ripped after just two months. They offered a cheap spare part that u could replace it with and soon get the same problem or a 300kr compensation. And the products costed me well above 3000kr! Don’t recommend

Excellent solid oak HomePro desk
Received my solid oak HomePro desk (180x80) this week, only a few days after ordering it. I added a rear cable tidy, magnetic cable channel and drawer.
Overall, I’m delighted, the quality is excellent, it was really well packaged with well thought out parts and spares of each screw (just in case). Construction was easy, with pre drilled holes in the worktop for the legs and controller (on both sides, so you can mount the controls left or right) and the instructions were clear and straightforward and everything was well labelled.
A great product that feels super premium.
Desktronic themselves were great, with clear communication and order updates, including informing me that the desk would arrive in two packages, which could be a couple of days apart, so that I didn’t worry when just the base was delivered initially.

Superb quality standing desk.
I had been looking for a desk for my home office for a while and nothing I looked at had the quality and warranty backup that this unit had. I was not disappointed when it arrived. The table top is beautifully finished with rounded edges and the legs are sturdy enough to support heavy use. I was lucky enough to buy this table at a discounted price, but now I have seen it I would buy it at full price without hesitation.

Desk is beautiful but...
The desk and parts feel premium and sturdy right out of the box. I'm really happy with the look and feel of the walnut tabletop. Delivery only took 2 days.
Assembly instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I also really appreciated the fact that they include an extra screw for each type needed.
The disappointing part is that when my HomePro desk arrived, the tabletop dimensions were short by 2-3 cm in both length and depth (not the 140x70cm promised)
I contacted customer service and apparently they changed certain manufacturing methods and are aware of this 'flaw' but haven't updated the website yet - this is bad practice imo.
Where the company's values shine however is that their support answered promptly and didn't hesitate to offer a partial refund or a larger tabletop free of charge. I opted for the bigger tabletop and the exchange was organised within 24h.
Overall - customer service, quality, and speed has been top notch! I'll definitely be ordering here again.
