- Delivery time to Berlin was quite fast.
- The quality of the frame and top is very good; you can feel how strong the frame is, especially if you assemble it yourself. The motorized part has worked fine so far (one week since assembly).
- The assembly process is easy and very well-engineered. You can do it alone if you’re strong, but it’s easier to assemble with a partner.

Quite a palaver to receive the desk; three replacements had to be sent due to delivery issues, the items were received a week apart and the full desk took almost a month to arrive. I believe the issues were due to DHL, however, and Vlad at Desktronic was helpful in trying to resolve the issues. I did have to call daily to chase up and ensure progress was being made but I don’t doubt Vlad tried his best. I do suggest they use another courier going forward (DHL were awful and their tracking system shows an estimated delivery of 3 weeks ago!) I haven’t yet built the desk so will update this review when I do and have used it for a while.

Although a bit of skill and patience is required to properly install the office, it is quite rewarding in the end. Satisfied with the result, material build and overall process to set it up.

I have to criticize the coloring of the chair. The preview on the website shows an white chair but in fact its light grey. So sadly it doesnt match to the rest of my desk setup.

Absolute disaster from start to finish.They shipped my packages to the wrong address, and when I contacted them, they told me it wasn’t their problem and I should deal with the shipping company. The shipping company told me to contact the sender, creating a frustrating loop. Eventually, they fixed the address, but only for one package out of three. I received one, while the other two were sent back to the sender. Now, after three weeks, I’m still stuck in the refund process with no success. Their lack of care and responsibility is astounding. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Bought the height adjustable desk (HomeOne desk) Ordered the Wednesday evening, delivered the Friday afternoon. Came in 2 packages. Easy instructions, easy to assemble. Top class quality.

I had an operation issue with touch panel which was quickly resolved by customer support. It works perfectly now and I'm happy with the desk!
