I ordered a sit-stand desk from their website on June 10. I received an email with a tracking number within two days. I was supposed to be delivered on June 13, but due to an imperative I was unable to pick up the package. The delivery was rescheduled for Monday June 17 when I was surprised to receive only one parcel, the driver informing me that they had not received the rest.
I then sent an email to customer service who reassured me that the other parcel would arrive shortly. On June 20, I had no news, so I called customer service again to ask for an update. They replied the next day, saying they'd check with the warehouse. On June 24, there was still no mail, so I called them again. On June 26, I sent them an e-mail to tell them that it had been 15 days since I'd ordered and that I'd had no information. They then called to tell me that the feet I'd ordered in black were out of stock, and suggested I wait, or get another color. I was kind enough to take grey, figuring it would speed up the process.
Today is July 05, I've tried to call them 5 times since June 26, but they don't answer any more, nor do they answer my e-mails.

I also contacted the delivery company to make sure they hadn't forgotten a parcel, but they said they had checked and found nothing.

I'm really disappointed by their behavior, because the set is really pretty.

EDIT : 08/07,I finally received the desk legs. Everything works fine, customer service apologized and made a commercial gesture.

The desk lives up to my expectations and the materials are top quality.

The table looks as described and works well to the expectations. The assembly was smooth with the instructions. Initially there were some issues with the DHL delivery as they reported it as lost, later it got resolved. Table works well to the expectations. So 4 star.

First of all, I'm not unhappy with the product per se, they did a fair job.
However there are a few points that are either completely off with their advertising or the quality isn't as high as described. I'll go into the main one here:
The "wood" of the table is not the high quality, strong European laminate that they advertised for. Instead they deliver the same kind of cheaper wood, that you would also find in those classic, white Ikea tables. Now that would be fine, if it wouldn't result in problems during the construction of the table.
The screws you screw into the wood have little holes predrilled for them, however because of the quality of the wood and the machined predrilled holes, the screws do not go straight into the wood - they're almost always at an angle. This causes the table to squeak ever so slightly when you lean onto it. This is very annoying and it sadly just feels cheap.. maybe I just got unlucky and their usual tabletops are higher in quality...

I´m very satisfied with the desk I bought! I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs to work remotely or does a lot of home office.

The Height Adjustable Desk from Desktronic is a solid choice for my home office. This desk gives a premium look and it is stable.

Despite a delay in shipping, the desk's quality and functionality make it worth the wait.

We are very happy about our choice, the 160x80. The table is large and solid, the motor has a precise movement and everything was easy to mount.

Ordered for my office - and was not sure on the color plus I also ordered the channels for the cables.
The packages (3) came within four days seperately, which was announced but I found it a bit strange.
But anyway, I could easily transport the single packs on the third floor and unpack.
It took me about 1.5 h to read the manual, unwrap the packages, mount first the structure with motor and finally attach the wooden desk, including the mounting of the white cable channels. To do this alone, was not easy, but possible! The up and down is slower than I expected but the memory function is nice, so I can push the button to M1 and it settles itself to the upper position within 20 sec.
Its stable and once I found a good way of channeling all the cables (I have 4 Laptops and two monitors) its nicely organized.

The Product is pretty good for its price, but it has its flaws. Many of the cables have no established place below the table plate. This is somewhat countermeasured by cable ties, which do work, but were too few provided, so some cables still hang too loosels. In addition I had to wait way longer for my desk to be delivered than the estimate.

Very satisfied. The assembly was a bit difficult but I suppose I'm not very experienced.

Delivery was great, the product ist amazing, Looks very good und works without any problems.... highly recommended.
