The website was easy to use and provided the information I required. The window sticker option is a nice feature as it provides clear details on the original vehicle's components. Customer service online chat was excellent. Initial difficulties logging in, however, it was corrected quickly.

not working in my case
first it finds the correct car with teh vin number, but then does not get any further information and runs into a loop with failing all the time. Asking for the sticker results in a total diffent car that has an gasoline engine , while the car in real is electric. total scam. maybe works for us cars only, but definitly not for sweden or germany. well lost 10bugs

Disappointing Experience – No Report Received After Review
I initially had a good impression of Detailed Vehicle History — their team was responsive via WhatsApp and promised a free full report in exchange for a Trustpilot review. I submitted my review as requested and was assured that the report would be sent shortly afterward.
Unfortunately, after completing everything on my side, I never received the report. Follow-up messages were ignored, and the link they eventually sent did not work. This has left me feeling misled, and I’m now questioning the legitimacy of the offer.
