I attended the 3 day blueprint in November 2022 as a complete newbie to property…. I left the course with a wealth of knowledge which I was able to put straight into action.! I highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about getting into property development, or even if your looking to do a self build (the initial investment will save you £0000s)
It’s also a great networking opportunity, the room is full of investors, construction business owners, etc and plenty of JV opportunities.!

Extremely useful 3 days being on the Property Developers Blueprint course. Despite being an experienced developer, I learned a lot from Andy and some of the information shared super valuable. Worth every penny spent and highly recommended.

Attended the 3 day course last week and cannot recommend highly enough. Andy's knowledge on developments is second to none and he doesn't mind sharing it. I came away having learnt loads and now have the confidence in my numbers to be able to put credible offers forward. I still have a lot to learn but being around this community of property developers makes property developing much more achievable. Very happy with the course, gained so much knowledge and the confidence to put offers in. We also got a deal where we didn’t have to put any of our own money down thanks to what we were taught on Andy’s course.

Their courses are clear and concise, and broken down into distinct sections. In each section, a related topic is discussed simply in bite size chunks. I really like this as it is not overwhelming. There are also clear actionable steps for students to take.

Having come from a background in Carpentry always working for other developers on site, I am now on the track to building my own developments with very little money or knowledge to start with! With his blueprint alone I am on the track to securing land, and developing my own homes in my city and being able to pay myself throughout the process, pretty much a dream come true.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started in property development, despite even not having a lot of money or knowledge!
