What a great mentor Andrew Hubbard, and what a great course he has put together, it's easy to follow with all the steps broken down into videos that you can go back over and watch

I attended the 3day bootcamp and found it to be extremely informative and very well structured. They created a relaxed learning environment. It has helped me tremendously to continue on my journey to property development. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to change their lives.

The 3 day bootcamp was intensive, inspiring and informative. So much knowledge shared by someone who is passionate about development not just about building but about yourself and your mindset and how this can benefit your family and those close to you. A mindset changer. Andy is a very approachable guy and a man of his word....you cannot afford to miss this training and put into practice was you learn.

We attended the 3 day bootcamp in Essex after having a great time at the free one day event back in November. Andy has so much knowledge and experience in this field, there really is no one better to guide you if you are wanting to learn how to build successful development sites. His teaching approach is very easy to understand and there are so many tips and tricks that he shares with you.

I first met top guy Andy Hubbard a couple of weeks ago at the Property Developer´s bootcamp organised by AssetsForLife. Since then i had a very useful 1:1 with Andy and we discussed some key issues about my small development in Brighton, and I am moving forward with timber frame and drainage solutions suggested by him, cheers Andy!

I took advantage of the developers blueprint 2 weeks ago and it unlocked so much information that I had never been able to understand previously.

Outlining all the steps from start to finish on how to go about finding, assessing and appraising sites followed by all the legal info and the build itself.

Taking this wealth of knowledge onboard to the best of my ability- I received feedback from the estate agents on my first offer pack (utilising Andy’s format along with my design and branding flair) stating it was “the best they’ve ever seen as a company” and it being “better than the multi million pound companies (they) deal with”

The amount of detail and questions answers provided by this blueprint has been far greater than I imagined it could be and can’t wait to progress on this journey with Developing Homes.

I was unsure about taking this course. I didn’t get how someone like me could possible build houses for a living. But thought did it, it’s not a lot of money.
After going through the whole course, I started to see that it’s not manic, just a system. And now I am doing the project management masterclass. I can see where huge savings can be made, and how even someone who’s not from the construction industry can actually project manage even the finer details.

I’m looking forward to the knowledge I’ll continue to gain from hands on experience and Andy’s community. Hope to get a few under my belt and even join the mastermind groups abroad. What better way to work than in a villa in the sun, talking to like minded people.

Me and my wife are currently in the process of planning and formulating an offer for some land already, only having done the Blueprint course 1 week ago.

This was something I have wanted to do for a while but never took the leap to do so. I decided to take that jump back in May 2022 and I have to say it’s one of the best decisions I have made.
When I attended the 3 day Bootcamp I was a serving police officer, since I left the 3 days I quite my job, started back in landscaping with a new company and started my property development journey.
Since May I have successfully secured 4 development sites totalling 12 dwellings to build. This is life changing and my life will and has changed for the better.
I couldn’t of Done this without the guidance and support from Andrew Hubbard and being one of his mentees.
Andrew is so down to earth and has a wealth of knowledge that can help and guid you through and avoid what could be costly mistake.
I feel I have lifelong friends with Andrew and his wife Sam and all I can say is if you are thinking about doing the course, do it! It will change your life.

Fantastic information and guidance from Andy on the Developing Homes blue print to successful property development. Andy has been there and gone through all the pit falls to enable us to follow without so many problems. One of the true gems in the investment world.

I have worked with developing homes, Andy and Sam since May 2021 having undertaken the developers blueprint. Since that time, Andy has mentored myself and my wife.

Having worked in property for several years, we always had the aspiration of building our own homes but never knew where to start. The blueprint taught us a system to locate, review and develop land within our area. This has been game changing for us.

We are now in a joint venture with an experienced developer, have four sites we will be developing over the next 12-18 months which will generate seven figure profits. Andy has been on hand throughout the process to guide us and make sure we are moving in the right direction - simply put, without his help we would not be where we currently are.

This isn't a get rich quick scheme, it requires time and effort but with the system and the support, it is achievable - many of Andy's current mentees are progressing life changing opportunities.

If you've ever considered developing property, this is where I would advise you to go without any hesitation. Good luck on your journey.

Life changing course!!
I was sitting at home over the Christmas break all eager to set goals to achieve what I had always wanted to do but not knowing what path to take.
But after doing Andy’s project management masterlass I gained the knowledge and guidance to implement the skills that I have to move forward in my development journey.
It’s an absolute brilliant course that that opens your eyes up what can be achieved and where to find good deals and what should be implemented on running a site safely and efficiently.
I personally since doing the course have got 2 investors that supply the finance and I project manager the builds but aim to do this on our own with my family involved in the near future .
Just need to obtain the experience and extra knowledge to reach this goal.

I attended the blueprint course with Andy Hubbard. Wow it’s a game changer and after a few deals falling through I’m completing on a single plot with a profit of 90-110k.
