Absolutely love this cat food, ethical, British, cruelty free and no byproducts or fillers.
Natural, grain free and over 60% meat content.
My cat loves this food, it is the best I have found for him and that’s over 10yrs... so why only 3 stars?

Delivery, every time I have ordered (over 6 months worth now) it takes at least 10 days to receive the order.

At £5 a time, it is way to slow. It means you have to judge weeks in advance as to when you will need more, not really knowing when it will turn up.
The shipping either needs to be less expensive/free and warn people it will take up to 10 days, or stay £5 but only take 48 - 72 hours.

Update: After waiting 3 weeks with no food showing up or reply to my emails, I had to start a PayPal complaint to receive my money back, which was refunded within a week. Still no contact from company though.
Had to research and change my cats food twice (emergency food since by then I had run out, and then newly researched food)- which every owner knows is a nightmare for cats tummy and owners nose! Such a shame.
Other reviewers seem to be saying the same thing, so not sure what has happened.

Ordered a 12kg bag of dog food, a month ago, on 22 March 2018, not received. Repeated phone calls (5) with the same response saying it will be despatched this Friday, sorry for the delay, we will send out a 2kg bag in the meantime. Have rung again today, no reply, and call was directed to a voice mail to leave message.

Easy to order but it took ages before they sent my order. Poor communication with the customers.

Very poor customer service.
One order lost in the post. Another order still not arrived 12 days after ordering and a rubbish excuse that factory are running behind. Yet no correspondence at all. I’m left to chase it up! Will never order from again. Appalling

Food great - I have dogs with allergies, and the food is both suitable for them & they thoroughly enjoy it. Service? I've had issues with both delivery and communication. My last order took 9 days between online order and despatch with no communication as to why - then another 6 days to arrive ( I do live on a Scottish island so expect SOME delay, but this was SLOW). I tried to ring the company, but got the answerphone, and e-mailed, but no response. So basically the food is fantastic - but if you can buy from a retailer direct - I would.

An excellent service. Food is amazing and our dogs are doing brilliantly. My puppy brought up on devoted puppy food is so healthy and her coat gleams.

Finally found a dry food that my fussy 17 month Vizsla will eat. Clear website and very speedy delivery.

Very good company to deal with

Shih Tzu are very fussy eaters and can have stomach/digestive problems. This is the first time both of mine (boy aged 3 and girl aged 18 months) can't get enough of one kind of dry food. Devoted is that "one" kind and so glad came across it, they both adore it, and it appears to be keeping them healthy.
Chicken grain free

It is very palatable, my dog has a brilliant skin, and a significantly smaller amount of faeces than other commercial diets. I used to feed raw and had to change to a commercial diet, this one is as close to raw as I can get and still afford.

Excellent service, I've used Devoted for a while now and my working cocker loves his dinners!
