Dev and the team at chertsey Surrey branch was top did my vans rear pads professionally my vans breaking is much improved 👌

Brilliant organisation, not simply for their professionalism in handling my car but for their honesty in deciding and then telling me that the new tyre they had ordered for me was unnecessary; the 'old' one was perfectly roadworthy. All they needed to do was tidy up a leaky valve. They could have sold me the new tyre and I would have been none the wiser. As it is - a big shout out to the team for their honest approach. Now I know where to go in the future. They deserve their clients.

Excellent service first thing on my Monday morning. I went in with a wipers that weren’t working and the lovely guy fixed it within 30seconds. What I thought was going to be an expensive trip to the garage was stress free and done on the spot. Thank you!

Merityre in Hook are still excellent! My family and friends have been using them for over 5 years for tyres and repairs. Barry and his team provide outstanding service. They are honest and don’t try to sell what you don’t need. They communicate clearly and stick to their promises. Highly recommend Merityre in Hook!

Took my mini in for someone to have a look at my tyre. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Just had one trye replaced at Basingstoke Merityre branch . Having been to many other branches I want make it clear this is branch issue .
No problem with the technicians all professional and friendly. The moment I walked in the deputy manager was rude , moody and totally brought a very uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere to whole working environment. I could see the technicians walking on egg shells around him . I watched how every customer was polite and respectful, he treated every customer with equal contempt . For some reason ,I suspect because I have a cheerful disposition. He was especially resentful of my very existence. I feel sorry for him and what is going on his life for him to be such unhappy place . I work in service industry I know it can be demanding but this gentleman is in the wrong type of Job . I recommend Meritryes Hook or any other branch . Stay away from Basingstoke especially if you’re not a confident person or have any special needs . I would highly recommend Meritryes Basingstoke offer this deputy manager some retraining and perhaps a non public position.

Really helpful advice on my BMW tyre pressures today even though they were very busy and short-staffed.

Paid for a service online with Woking branch. When I arrived they said the service may cost more due to cars age. I responded that my car registration no. had been correctly input so they knew the cars age. Eventually to poor attitude guy on reception agreed to the online quote.
I also heard him tell another customer that he could not print out a quote for some MOT work that needed doing.
And finally I heard him loudly call out a female customers mobile phone number across the counter. This breaks data privacy laws.
The young guy needs some training.
