My dogs love Devoted! We moved on from all raw due to tummy issues and now they have a combo of Devoted chicken topped up with a small amount of raw meat which suits them perfectly - to be fair I think that top up is just my preference as they’d happily eat just the Devoted! They are happy, healthy and full of beans but not hyper. I have a subscription which works perfectly as it is both flexible and convenient. The customer service team are responsive and helpful and keen to make sure my dogs and I are looked after well. There are also great offers on a subscription and special discounts if you sign up to get them. If you haven’t heard of Devoted I’d say take a look; I checked out their scores for quality on ‘all about dog food’ and feel I’ve got a great value/quality balance.

Delivered to wrong address twice…
Delivered to wrong address twice although I deleted the incorrect address on the second order. Also emailed straightaway once the second order also showed the incorrect address with no response. When I finally got a response to another email I was told my responsibility to ensure correct address and no response when I pointed out for the second order I had deleted the incorrect address.

They offer "free samples"
They offer "free samples", and yet when I requested one, and I got the confirmation email, it was never received despite being ordered on 17th July (date of posting this review is 7th August). After looking online in places like Facebook, I can see that a few people have ordered them more recently than I have, and they got one (31st July, delivered by the 3rd August). Why offer samples, if you can't fulfill them? They did not respond to my email, despite clearly posting responses to people on this review site, and on their Facebook page. They also have the date on their sample page being "copyright 2022", a laughably inept error. I wouldn't trust this company with my money. Thankfully, it was just a free sample I didn't receive! You should either offer samples to everyone, or none at all, just picking and choosing some over others is bizarre.

Good price and good for my dog.
Questions I asked about the food and how much my border collie should eat daily were answered promptly.
Took the opportunity to sign up for regular deliveries in order to get the discount. Handy to have the food in 6kg bags. Does my dog like it? Yes but in fairness she will eat anything. However, looking at the ingredients its a lot better for her than most. 5*****

After my dog went crazy at dog fest for the treats, we brought some and my son won the grand prize on the wheel. Marley my sprocker spaniel has been on the food ever since, I was curious to start with as he had a super sensitive tummy and is quite fussy but we’ve had no problems what so ever!

Excellent price quality
Excellent price quality. My dogs loves the kibble. There’s no fillers or grain. Easy to digest. Shiny hair. Healthy. The bags are also very practical with an easy Velcro type closure.

Great company, great product
Great company, efficient repeat purchase. Very reasonable price for very high standard product. I have three working police dogs and they love the taste and I’ve definitely seen improvement in their joints and mobility. We buy the salmon oil in bulk!
