Ordered Dog Biscuits on Black Friday Terrible Company they take your money quick enough and then don't deliver your Dog food, And 3 weeks on I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. absolute shysters they don't respond to e-mails and they don't answer your phone calls, what a way to run a business.
Avoid this company like the plague maybe then they might respond and deliver a customer service, companies like this should have trading standards pay them a visit and start criminal proceedings against them because what they are doing is fraud.
bunch of Muppets. if i could give this company zero stars i would.
So avoid disappointment and buy your pet food elsewhere.
Update, its now the 28th Dec and still no dog Biscuits or any replies from Devoted pet foods, now going to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Update 31st December PayPal refunded my money nearly 4 weeks since my order No replies don't answer E-Mails don't answer phone calls what a way to run a company avoid Devoted like the Plague, as something has gone wrong with this company since late November 2019

My first review is printed on the Devoted website - I see I was pleased. However, since I have ordered twice more throughout the year, both times I have had appalling service. Not only have Devoted not responded to my email to ask where my order had gone, nobody is ever there to take my call. Watch this space - my order went in on 28th November. It is now 12th December and I am still waiting, as are my dogs.

When we order food for our dogs, it means we put our trust in an organisation. Our Terms and Conditions are simple: we are happy to pay the money in return for a prompt service and a good delivery. There is no excuse to not communicate with customers - in fact if an organisation is hoping to get repeat business, it is rather vital. In the past I have been fobbed off with a problem with production. I wonder what will be the problem this time.

If you cannot fulfil orders when you do a promotion, I suggest you stick to simplicity and reliability as that is what really builds a company.

I hope you reply to my phone call and my email by the end of tomorrow, Friday 13th December. That is the very least you should do. I have never been driven to write a review simply to get a response. This is very sad indeed.

I have used this puppy food for my dacshund puppy for the last year and would never use anything else! Best food, no problems and my puppy loves it. As soon as the packet opens he goes mad for it!

Dreadful cat food. I have 5 cats, none of which will eat either variety. Thrive is better quality and price, grain free and a higher meat content. Always in stock whereas devoted was out of chicken for months. Oh and their customer service is poor. Still awaiting the phosphorous content of your food- a question asked 4 months ago. I don’t have fussy cats, the quality of this food is very poor. Yes, previous review was 5 stars, after 3 days, they all stopped eating it. My Burmese threw up after every meal. I purchased the chicken when it was eventually back in stock, not one of my 5 would eat it. As for the phosphorous content, I don't need it as it makes my Burmese sick & she is the one with CKD. As for not receiving an email from me, I sent 4! Your customer service is absolutely dreadful

Truly excellent dog food. Ethically produced to an amazing standard . Our two year old has had Devoted since a puppy and we have a healthy thriving dog. His coat is incredible and most importantly he loves the food.
It’s delivered promptly every time in a fantastic bag. The smaller bags have a sturdy resealing feature which is extremely handy.

The experience with this company is shocking.
Lack of communication. No one as nswers the phone, I have had emails ignored.
I have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks.

As far as pet food goes Devoted Pet Foods has to be one of the best and highest quality foods on the market! The bags are resealable and my cats go absolutely bonkers for the food.

However the major let down is the companies' reliability. I ordered my cats the food and it took over a week to turn up and I wasn't provided with any tracking information. I tried calling and twice it went through to voicemail, but luckily on the third attempt I got through to a helpful lady.

I also messaged their Facebook page and still have not received a response and it's been over a week. Social is such an important tool nowadays and it's a real shame they are not engaging with their customers when they have a question or need help.

This will not stop me from ordering again as in my opinion, it's the best quality dry cat food on the market. But just some honest feedback, you should stop using UKMail and get a more dependable courier, start offering next day delivery if you order before a certain time, become active on social and engage with your customers when they have questions and also provide a tracking number and email or text notifications.

People rely on you to keep their pet's good health and it's vital you get the food delivered as quickly as possible as their animals depend on your brand.

Devoted pet foods are the highest quality, ethically produced at a sensible price. I wouldn’t feed my dogs anything else.

Our dog wolfs it down immediately. Only been a week so to early see how its going.

You can really see the quality in this food, just by looking at it. It's much darker and full of natural oils. I really love the bag too. The easy lock system is so useful and keeps the food really fresh for as long as you need it to.

Excellent service. There was slight delay in delivering my order of two 12kg bags of dog food, so they sent me a small complimentary 2KG bag, and without being asked to do this. Very impressed with the service I received. My dog loves their food!

Been waiting nearly 2 wks for delivery. So have no idea what this product is like. Hence the low rating .

I have been using devoted dog food for a year, I wouldn’t feed by dogs anything else. My order is sent quickly and efficiently.The staff is very helpful and courteous and quick to answer any questions. I had a new fur baby for Christmas, and he will also be fed Devoted.

As a mad dog loving owner (five and counting) their health and well being is paramount. This starts with their diet and the quality of it. After much research I found Devoted. It is clear to me they are a business but their ethos is crystal clear; quality quality, quality. The product content breakdown is clearly shown, unlike many others, and is grain free - a must for any owner serious about their dog's health. Contacting them was so simple and their replies quick and honest. A very happy customer i am, and without reservation, a repeat one. More so when the produce a small kibble next year.
