Engine fell out of lawn mover

The whole engine fell out with bolts and parts of the shield...
3 years ago we bought an ALKO EASY 4.60 SP-S lawnmower. 2 weeks ago the whole engine fell out of the shield. It wasn't the bolts that were loose, but the shield had broken off in all 3 holes in the engine mount. Pieces of the shield with the fastened bolts had torn loose.
It could have ended fatally.
An engine must not be able to fall off when there is no corrosion and when all the bolts that are tightened tear parts of the shield off.
DexKo Global never responded to this complaint.
