Yes i sent 209$ for the dex plus app 50% off until Sept 30th. I got a email saying send wallet screen shot that I sent it. I did that as well but after that nothing. I know you guys are really busy with your 2000 members who already trust you in all but I am just asking for my money back please I would rather not deal with all the drama to try in mine or make money!! I have all the evidence needed to confirm real user and real money has been sent. What i do not get is if you are in Iceland mining why the number is San Francisco. But I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt, but please just send my 209$ payment back I do not wanna work it out or wait please. Jonathon Mcpeak

Ok well if you do not see payment I can post them on any social media web page or even on trust pilot for everyone to see. I called the number you have at least 10 times. You guys know what you are doing this is a certified scam. And for trust pilot allowing you guys to use there service to portray that there is even 1% of an actual business is just criminal. I have the block chain records , I have the screen shot of the wallet I sent it to. I can show that I sent the money exactly where you guys ask. now please refund my money.

Nobody was there to answer my calls or help me with the chat support. I have been waiting for my DexApp Plus upgrade but I haven't gotten it yet. I sent payment to 1JH5Seck98DbFoh7gqFS87ofYwN9gJkA7V but no response whatsoever.

UPDATE:
I have called them about 10 times already AND left voicemails, even before posting this review. Do not trust this company with your money! The only time they will respond is through Trustpilot, on your negative reviews. Please don't send them anything. They also sent me a typo email asking if I want a refund. I said no, I want an upgrade on my account. Now, they're not responding again. I think they just want to make people mad and leave them hanging.

I will update this rating and review if they help me resolve the problem on my account and upgrade it over the next few days. I will update it to five stars if that happens. I think this Wayne guy isn't even real and the positive reviews here are fake because they only have one review with no profile pics.

As for my account, still no update. They're very rude to customers. They don't respond to emails. Just at negative reviews, which are the only real human reviews here on Trustpilot.

Dexmining hasn't called me back and set up an appointment. They're liars and thieves. I left a couple of voicemails because they don't pick up the phone ever. I'm also getting tired of sending them emails and text msgs. Very rude people.

Still no calls from Dexmining. I tried leaving voicemails a couple of times already but no response whatsoever even with my texts and emails, no response.

Still no upgrade, tried the live chat and phone number, no one answered.

I paid them over five days ago via Coinbase. Their website said "pending" for nearly a week now. Then, mysteriously, they're "out of stock".
I sent them screenshots of my payment, their error message, sent emails, used their customer "service" chat, called, left voice mails, used their customer "support" link and still have not had this problem resolved.
They are rude and inconsiderate. My father just died, I'm depressed as it is and I don't know what to do. FBI, I suppose......
UPDATE: Despite several attempts to contact, all I get are these messages to call. In this day and age, faced with an onslaught of possible complaints, I'd have no problem picking up a phone and dailing a number to make things right. They've texted my number, they have it. Yet, refuse to call.

I see reviews asking is DexMining legit and I have to be totally honest... I believe they are not. The reason I came to this crucial conclusion is because when I paid for my upgrade (from free to Plus) it wasn't immediate as stated on their site. Also when I contacted Wayne, he said he was going to upgrade me, but week after week after week and on and on he kept giving me different excuses of in so many words they're working on it. I finally asked him to refund my money and he said no problem, but again another week no reply. I asked him to either refund of activate my account, again nothing! You're probably thinking why would I waste ALL this time trying to work with them and the answer is a painful... I wanted so so bad for this to be REAL! Sadly it is not. At least not for me. If Wayne picks and chooses clients I don't know. It just leads me to believe these so called happy reviews are ALL paid to lie to get more suckers like myself to give up their hard earned money on a pipe dream :-(.

And by the way Wayne agreed to upgrade my account to "Plus" due to offer sent to me prior to activation. I will update my review when my account is activated to Plus, but because of all the trouble I was put through you should upgrade me to "Pro".

Update: Dave personally guaranteed my compensation 100%, but what does that mean especially after I had paid even more than I paid before. Not to them, but to their mining server. This transaction according to Dave was supposed to take only a few hours. Well it's been a few days and no compensation whatsoever. I believe at this point Dave is avoiding me and giving me the runaround. I may have truly been scammed once again. When will I ever learn?

Update: I just wanted to let Trustpilot know this company scammed me twice. Either they give me back ALL the money I sent due to their instructions or give me ALL the money that's due to me according to their records.

Against all odds, it is surprisingly good. The complaints here are not representative of DexMining ability to provide a proper cloud mining service. Its more personal issues and a denigration of the work provided by the devs. My experience went very well, I had no inconvenience. This is why I write this review, it's for you guys. Trust me it is clearly worth a try.

Great in all way. Like seriously, have you seen anything similar to DexMining ? I strongly recommend. Don't listen to most mad reviewers. I've respected ALL the rules and instructions from the support guy then I got successfully my product. Make your own decision yourself.

It has been 5 days now I have contacted wayne through the chat box on the website and sent multiple messages through the support email and had no response i have sent copies of the transaction being complete from the blockchain with the address and amount sent and i cant even get a confirmation that he reciceved my money. Also they promise a 30 day money back refund which is a lie because i have requested a refund many times now with no response I do not recommend anyone use this service they are running a scam and make it impossible to get ur money back or to even get ahold of this wayne guy to find out what is going on with the activation of my account its all a scam

I paid 149$ for Essential package activation on May 2020... But till now i didn't get any response... i sent an email and messages to support team... There was some system automated messages only i received... They are pure scammers... Please please don't believe them words... I lost my money when i was jobless...

Guys, you must know that DexMining is legitimate. I'm not saying that's perfect, but most of the bad reviews here are exaggerated. Trust me, even if communication isn't excellent, tablet app glitched, they work hard. I'm a cautious dude. I'll never order something suspicious online. I've read most of the reviews online spent countless hours doing that. Despite tremendously high rates, the rest is different from others. Again, I spend a long time with support because if website support isn't reactive, it isn't worth it for me, besides app, service, etc. In brief, purchase it if you want it. Or do your best to get it free like few people I've met using DexMining. There's no excuses, and stop losing your money on other investment website. But it will cost you time a long time.

I pretty much knew it was risky but I decided to go ahead and take the risk. I was surprised by the support provided by Wayne. Listenning and friendly help ! I checked the Blog post about ban and so on. I haven't used anything against the rules and activation was instant. I've used the app with my iPhone, I added my real phone number and address as well as my genuine email address before ordering. All of that thanks to the bad reviews, and I have to say: bad reviews are useful for everyone. I wouldn't check those informations without those reviews.

I was skeptical at the beginning but Wayne took the time with me. He answered all my questions. Even after my payment, I had constant contact with an agent. I've read all the reviews here and I must say I totally understand. Keep in mind that DexMining is doing a hard work to fix those issues. My payment wasn't cleared right away on the website it took almost a day. I hadn't complained and I waited patiently. I could post a bad review but I'm a patient guy. I was right, they delivered as advertised. I want to underline one thing: when we are unsatisfied we always complain but when we have a great product we do not share our positive experiences. Of course DexMining is not perfect, but for me once I started receiving my payment it was a major go for all my family and friends.

I Gave Dex Mining a flyer with $299 essential plan and they are not responding. They were ranked 1st page when googling "bitcoin mining". Trust pilot reviews at first gets you when Dex Mining did have a ton of positive reviews. They were very active responding to me before I purchased. promised to be available when I was ready to buy.

I purchased. I have waited 7 days and willing to wait longer if I had some sort of customer service. I am also turned off by his response to recent reviews.
I have concerns of fake reviews as a lot have been deleted since 1 week ago. If this account can get updated and I can start mining and withdrawl with no issues, I will change my review but I ask NO 1 to INVEST!!!!

Update 7/30 instead of responding to people through email or messages, they will instead respond on here and call it "security issue with your account" it's just an excuse to take your money without providing a service.

8/08 I waited more than a few days as agreed to fix issue. He hasnt responded and no fix. I dont think this is real.

8/16 I have messaged and asked everyday for past 2 weeks for a refund and now people with good reviews are telling you ignore the bad reviews and it deserves better. Maybe tell Mr "Wayne" to answer his other customers before this site gets shut down for being a scam!

At least have the decency to tell people your struggling or no staff, pandemic reasons. Anything!!!! Dont not respond.

Update- Trustpilot notified me that Dex wanted info on my account. Gladly provided. Even went to the site to say I would update my review if they fixed the issue or refunded. Still no response.

Original review - I would give no stars if possible. Been waiting for weeks with “Wayne” telling me to be patient. Gave them more than enough time to resolve payment. Now they offered free trial if you give positive reviews but they can’t resolve my issue.Pure scam! Don’t trust. Noticed positive reviews came out same time as free trial. Don’t trust this site. I have emails from Wayne to back up my review.
