Service was excellent both ways, would certainly use again.

Everything ran smoothly, slight queues at check in but that's nothing unusual. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The sail over was good with no issues.

The food in buffet restaurant was wonderful. For that 4 stars
But for entering the ship I give only Two stars. Because I am i juried temporarily on my right hip have a gear car I can only enter te ship in a level line. It gave me a lot of trouble to convince te crew that I needed special care. Finally they helped me. But there is always stress by entering the ship.
Please look into this matter

As a family with 5 and 7 year old we have taken this journey a number times. The journey is always relaxing with extremely streamlined boarding. My major gripe is that there is no adequate food you can purchase for an evening meal/snack unless you purchase the expensive evening meal option costing in excess of £90 as a family.. only cakes are served in the coffee shop and the usual chocolate, sweets etc at duty free…sandwiches, salad bowls etc would be a much welcomed extra as like on Brittany ferries.. many families get caught out with this…

Ferry left and arrived on time. I booked the Premium lounge - well worth it. Quiet, so I could sleep once I had eaten my roll and drunk my coffee.

Fabulous buffet in Explorers Kitchen. Huge choice and all delicious.
A huge improvement could be made if guests were informed which deck their buffet booking was made for - lots of guests (including ourselves and disabled guests) were annoyed/ pained by being directed to the other floor when there were lots of seats visibly available.
Service was generally very good.

Outstanding service from both customer services when I needed to change my booking, and excellent service from the staff on the ferry. Very happy customers

Helpful staff and good food. The only negative aspect was that the ventilation control was jammed so the cabin was too warm.

The sailing was absolutly fine over all very punctual. The choices for dinner are poor in means of beeing quite expensive if you like us are only looking for a small bitte.

I had booking for a return to the UK for tomorrow, due to a personal circumstance my dad had to get back to the UK ASAP. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone except a Web chat, was held on the web chat waiting for an assistant for an hour and a half, when I finally got contact with someone i explained the circumstances. Whilst being placed on hold, I received an email booking my father on the midnight ferry without originally offering me any options. HOW VERY INCONVENIENT IS THIS?
UPDATE
Whilst on hold on the chat I complained about the inconvenient ferry timing, I was then offered the opportunity to choose a crossing. I chose a convenient time for the crossing and then when I went to confirm the booking, I was told to get in contact with the ferry operator. I spoke directly to the ferry operator who informed me that there would be a financial penalty to change the booking they had made without my consent. I tried to discuss the options with the operator but he hung up the call because I refused to pay a penalty for a change they made without my consent. I believed his name was Josh. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said you can't speak to a manager and hung up. I then tried to speak to another customer service operator at DFDS and Josh answered the phone and hung up straight away.

The booking process was very simple and we appreciated the help we received for my disabled wife for embarking and disembarking the ship. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and polite.

It was a relaxed journey and the staff was very kind!

The service in the quiet lounge was excellent in spite of difficulties with the coffee machine. The person serving was very friendly and always professional, in spite of the difficult day he must have been having, getting coffees for everyone elsewhere.
