First time import of oversized air freight from the UK to Australia. Ice made the process as simple as it could be. They took care of everything from pick up from northern England, consolidated packaging to coordinating customs clearance on my end. A great experience, the team were very helpful with updates and ensuring all the paperwork was up together, a breath of fresh air not having to chase shippers, will definitely be using them again.

They have claimed our shipment and have not released it after all sort of communication we had. Typical blackmailing type of business model. The first email I had, it was clear to me that they are here to make as much money as possible in a shorter period of time. Customer service is non existent here.

Enquired about a delayed delivery and just got a blunt, “ you have to take it up with your sender”. Wouldn’t reply back to further email asking for info.

Throughout the process that lasted less then an afternoon Ms. Gizem orchestrated thus facilitated everything in a timely and supportive way leaving me just for a two-pager print out. That means I’m in for the move-out already and share POC with others.

An excellent service

As a first-time exporter, I was supported at every stage by Shijo and the rest of the team. I had many questions and a very tight deadline. Shijo went above and beyond in supporting me from the UK as well as on the other side. I was updated at every stage and even when the in-country delivery companies raised some issues these were promptly dealt with by Shijo.

Highly recommend this company. Great support and service.
