I have been using their procurement service. It is so convenient to email my shopping list to them. They make the purchases and then send the items to me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Redcoat Express Ltd genuinely impressed me. I needed to ship around 30 items last-minute and was bracing myself for the usual headache — confusing forms, vague delivery windows, and radio silence once the parcel’s out of sight. But Redcoat flipped that script completely.
Booking was super simple, their system is clean and easy to use, and I got clear updates every step of the way. No chasing, no stress. My package arrived right on time, in perfect condition, and I felt looked after the whole way through.
The team was friendly, quick to respond, and clearly know what they’re doing. It’s rare to find a shipping company that actually makes things feel effortless — but Redcoat does just that. I have used Redcoat many times, not only is it competitively priced, the main thing is the personal treatment, Kiana always checks that she has received everything I’m sending, she then makes sure that if more than one item, is all put together in one parcel, to again keep the costs down. Kiana then tells me the next flight it’s going on, so I’m updated all the time. I never have to chase for anything.

I had my goods picked up an amazing delivery driver yesterday. He was polite, friendly, helpful and what impressed me most he remembered that we had separate collections and where the second collection was stored. We also had goods being delivered as he was collecting and he worked around that tricky situation very well. Well done Ringo!!
