Highly recommend!

Andy was very helpfull when I had issues with my order! Otherwise I am super satisfied with all my clothes from Dfyne. I can highly recommend Dfyne!

Quick fix

I absolutely LOVE the Dfyne flares, so flattering and comfortable for the gym. Perfect for early morning workouts when it’s cold outside. I had a small defect with a pair & Katie was super helpful. Quick replies & fixed within a couple days. Super helpful & friendly! x

Debbie’s customer service

Debbie’s customer service was second to none. I only wear Dfyne gymwear and I have had no problems apart from the label coming off a pair of shorts. I emailed my concerns and straight away I got a brilliant response acknowledging the issue, and they offered to replace the shorts for me! They were ordered and delivered within two days of me emailing over. I always find their customer service is excellent, and they always get back to you quickly and efficiently. I love Dfyne and will continue to purchase their gymwear!

I had a really great experience with DFYNE’s customer service. Kayleigh was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help resolve my issue. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole process very easy.

Jamie- Lee was extremely helpful resolving my refund, initially got in contact about this and was told to wait a few days which I did, I emailed again and my refund was sorted within 30 minutes! really helpful and friendly and of course love the brand, brings a great deal of confidence in the gym :)

Just contacted customer service over a slight fault and I was greeted so kindly by Tony who offered me a replacement or egift card. The customer support for DFYNE is out of this world! As a big customer of DFYNE on my 16th order I HIGHLY recommend!!

Very pleased

I have received a defective order and I kept the clothes plus an e-gift card with the amount. Kayleigh from the dfyne customer care was very helpful and efficient. I was very pleased with the whole treatment.
