Great customer support
I’ve had two issues now with my items from DFYNE and both times customer service was AMAZING. I hate the time difference, but they get back so fast and both times have corrected the issues. I either got my item replaced with no hassle to return defective item or a gift card to purchase an item if it is sold out. Specifically Nash and Amy M have been the ones I have dealt and they are amazing!

Amazing costumer service
I’ve been in contact with Dfyne costumer care twice since I started buying my gym wear from the company and on both occasions I’ve been met with the most amazing customer service. Without asking I’ve been sent a gift card because of a missing item and also a brand new top sent home to me when I reached out to explain mine had ripped in the seam. Very thankful for the costumer service!

I love Dfyne and how confident it makes me feel so don’t mind investing in pieces, I unfortunately had a bit of peeling so I reached out to customer service via email and Kayleigh was so understanding and resolved the issue within 2 days! Some of the labelling on my shorts was peeling and my one piece arrived with a small stain on it. I reached out to customer support and am so delighted with how caring and helpful Kayleigh was to sort my issues for me! Brooke was very good at resolving my issue and fast too, unfortunately my leggings had torn and were unwearable, but she found a solution and i was therefore happy.
