I’ve had two issues now with my items from DFYNE and both times customer service was AMAZING. I hate the time difference, but they get back so fast and both times have corrected the issues. I either got my item replaced with no hassle to return defective item or a gift card to purchase an item if it is sold out. Specifically Nash and Amy M have been the ones I have dealt and they are amazing!

Got such wonderful help from Kayleigh!!
I received my new package and when I went to try the shirt, i noticed a mark from a pen on it.
Reached out to dfyne costumer care and got such good help from Kayleigh. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been in contact with Dfyne costumer care twice since I started buying my gym wear from the company and on both occasions I’ve been met with the most amazing customer service. Without asking I’ve been sent a gift card because of a missing item and also a brand new top sent home to me when I reached out to explain mine had ripped in the seam. Very thankful for the costumer service!

I recently purchased two sports bras which tore on the seam. I reached out to DFYNE about it and Andy was very helpful. Andy responded quick and sent me a gift card with the full amount back. Very helpful. 10/10

I love Dfyne. I love how my body looks when I wear their clothes. But what I love even more now is the way they treat their customers. I contacted Dfyne regarding an item I needed to have replaced, and they responded right away and resolved everything for me. I’m very happy and satisfied. I love Dfyne and how confident it makes me feel so don’t mind investing in pieces, I unfortunately had a bit of peeling so I reached out to customer service via email and Kayleigh was so understanding and resolved the issue within 2 days! It’s good knowing I’m supporting a brand who resolves complaints quickly. Thank you so much Kayleigh you are wonderful!

Katie was so helpful as I had a fault in the leggings, the seam split and she quickly sorted me out a gift card as there weren’t any left in stock. Great customer service.

Some of the labelling on my shorts was peeling and my one piece arrived with a small stain on it. I reached out to customer support and am so delighted with how caring and helpful Kayleigh was to sort my issues for me! DFYNE has always been my favourite and I have so many other clothes from here so I know the quality is normally spot on. But it’s great to know that if not the team are so quick to support. Brooke was very good at resolving my issue and fast too, unfortunately my leggings had torn and were unwearable, but she found a solution and i was therefore happy.

Having shopped with DFYNE many times, I am always satisfied and feel supported by their customer service. Responses are always speedy, polite and have genuine concern. Recently, Jamie-Lee specifically went above and beyond to help me with an issue, and I really appreciate it!

I’ve ordered from them I think now two months ago I still haven’t received my order. I have reached out to them multiple times I haven’t gotten a response back. Very disappointing.

Honestly sooo happy with DFYNE! 🫶 The sportswear fits amazing and feels like really good quality. You can tell everything is made with care, and it’s super comfortable during workouts too. The customer service is also super sweet and really quick to help if you need anything. Such a great experience, I’ll definitely be ordering again! ✨

I really love DFYNE! The quality of their products is great and the fit is super flattering – it really makes you feel confident while working out. I genuinely enjoy training in their pieces.

Also, their customer service was very helpful and quick when I had an issue, and I received my replacement super fast, which I really appreciate. Overall a great experience, I’d definitely recommend!
