I honestly wanted to leave this review because ADELE helped me so much, from the beginning she was very kind over email and really took the time to understand my situation, i explained to her that my shorts arrived with the lettering crooked, and it made me feel bad because it honestly looked kind of fake, which is not what you expect when you’re paying for something!
She didn’t ignore it or give me a generic response. Instead, she did everything she could to help me and find a fair solution!!:)

I had an order from almost two weeks ago that wasn’t delivered, which was pretty stressful at first. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with DFYNE, and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement pair of leggings. I’m so glad everything worked out and I’m finally getting what I ordered!
Declining quality and lack of transparency from DFYNE
I’ve been a customer of DFYNE for a while and have purchased both their Impact leggings/shorts. Unfortunately, my recent experiences point to a noticeable decline in both quality and consistency.
Across the leggings I own, the fit already varies quite a bit, but the most recent pairs I’ve received feel significantly looser than previous ones. This is especially disappointing given that the Impact line is specifically marketed as offering compression and a snug, sculpting fit.
Today, I received a pair of Impact shorts in the color “Winter Berry,” in the same size as my leggings in the exact same color. However, the shorts fit noticeably looser, lacking the compression and structure I’ve come to expect. This inconsistency makes it very difficult to trust sizing or product expectations.
It has also become increasingly clear, based on both my own experience and widespread discussions online, that products manufactured in Turkey appear to differ significantly from those made in China. The Turkish-made items seem to use thinner, less supportive material, while the China-produced pieces feel more structured, compressive, and overall higher quality.
I’ve contacted DFYNE’s customer service multiple times regarding these differences in fabric and fit, but the response is always the same: I’m welcome to return the items. While that might sound reasonable, it doesn’t address the core issue, and given the many negative reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Reddit from customers who report not receiving refunds, returning items feels like a risk rather than a solution.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency. Customers deserve clear information about differences in production, materials, and fit. Right now, buying from DFYNE feels like a gamble, especially when sizing can vary depending on where a product batch was manufactured.
At this point, I could try ordering a smaller size, but if that item happens to be from a different production batch, it may end up being too tight, leaving me with two unusable products.
This is something DFYNE, and its leadership, including CEO Oscar, should be addressing far more seriously. Customers are not just buying products; they are buying trust in a brand. And right now, that trust is being undermined.
Many customers are sharing similar experiences online, which suggests this is not an isolated issue, but a systemic one.

I had an amazing experience with customer service. I had a hole in my new leggings that I had received, and Ames was the best! The issue was immediate resolved with 2 options, either receive an e-gift card OR order me a replacement on their end. Firstly I want to say that generally, the quality of their products is incredible. I have to say I am a fan of a butt scrunch and the Impact line bottoms have never let me down, way more durable than other brands! I had some issues with my Cargo Joggers and Vision Flares 2 months after receiving the order. I was met with a generous solution of a replacement, as well as a very pleasant interaction. Shani was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with.

Some of the best customer service ever! I’ve ordered from almost all of the major gym brands and dealt with all of their customer service at some point and DFYNE is clearly the best through & through. They’re quick to reply, resolve the issue as best as they can & do a thorough job at making sure whatever issue you have is fixed for the next time. I got to email with Andy this week to resolve an issue with my faulty flares and it was fixed in less than 24 hours, when I’ve waited 2+ weeks at other companies and not been given a refund or offered a replacement! 10/10 from Andy and DFYNE
