I unfortunately received a pair of shorts with a noticeable stain on the leg and DM’d Dfyne on Instagram. Katie got back to me in a timely fashion and made it right! I did not have to return the faulty pair and received an e-gift card with no expiration date to use. Very happy with how this was handled!

On the 31st, I placed my first order with dfyne, but unfortunately, when the package arrived, the shorts had a small defect—they were snagged. I contacted customer service and they responded right away; Kayleigh was very kind and efficient—it was a pleasure dealing with her. The solution they offered was to issue me a gift card for the value of the shorts, since they were out of stock and couldn’t be exchanged. I was very satisfied with the solution. Despite everything, thanks to the excellent customer service and the quality of their clothing, I would 100% buy from them again and recommend the brand.

Outstanding Customer Service from Jamie-Lee
Jamie-Lee from customer service was an absolute star. I accidentally returned a parcel that was meant for a different retailer, but she went above and beyond by contacting the warehouse manager and asking them to keep an eye out for it.
I’m still waiting for the parcel to be returned, but Jamie-Lee has been incredibly communicative throughout and has kept me updated every step of the way. I really couldn’t have asked for better support.

I no longer trust the brand enough to order again.
I’ve been a loyal DFYNE customer and have placed multiple orders, but after several issues in a row, I’ve decided I won’t be buying from them again. I contacted customer service several times, and while previous issues had been resolved with store credit, this time Daniel/Dan from support refused to help beyond telling me to return everything at my own inconvenience. I explained that these were faulty/misrepresented items and that I should never have received them in this condition, but there was no effort made to offer a reasonable solution.
For such an expensive brand, the quality control and customer service have been very disappointing. After multiple defective and inconsistent items, I no longer trust the brand enough to order again.
