Having previously ordered Sequential indicators and Puddle lights from DH Styling I booked an appointment to have the GTS Tail lights and Virtual Dash fitted to my BMW, committing to a 10 hour round trip drive from Cumbria.
Upon arrival I received a friendly welcome from the Team.
I was invited to sit in the waiting room where there is a Driving Simulator game for customers if they wish to play.
The lads promptly commenced fitting the parts to my car and in around 30 minutes the work was complete.
I was given a visual demo of the ultra cool GTs lights and then a brief tutorial on the classy Virtual Dash.
Conveniently and pleasingly they had already set up the Dash, inputting Milage and setting the units to UK standard.
The Team were very Professional, friendly, polite and chatty.
Overall my experience was excellent and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
I absolutely recommend DH Styling and I will be using their services again.

I got a screen and reverse camera and it’s so easy to install yourself they was really helpful with it if I had any problem as well would 100% recommend.

I can’t praise these lads enough. From start to finish was professional and top tear service. They gave me loads of information of what I can have in my car. Booking in was a breeze of a process. When installation day come soon as I got there they were ready, had the car off me and were none stop all through the day. The finale result was better than I could have ever dreamed it. I’ll 100% be back and will always recommend. Plus I drove from Stoke-on-Trent which was still 100% worth it.

Only method for support is Whatsapp, hit or miss if they respond and whether its helpful.

Used a head unit that was installed and working well for weeks, but now is unusable. I have spent hours troubleshooting and researching online, reached out to support and nothing yet. Now I am also reading I would not be eligible for an exchange and they don't do returns.

Right now I am out over 400 GBP, I have a device that doesn't work and no resolution in sight.

UPDATE: If the company is delivering products to customers around the world, you customer service approach should match your customers, not the other way around where you are asking your customers to wait more than a day at times to hear back. Whatsapp is also not the vehicle, leverage a support email address, set expectations with those who reach out what your hours are and how quickly they can expect a response. None of that was done.

As far as the issue, yes, it does look like the cable was damaged but this too was something I found upon install/reinstall to help provide your support more info, video footage, all after this worked for several weeks (on a broken cable? I doubt) but all of a sudden behaving oddly. This behavior started in the middle of simply testing out apps, several weeks after it was successfully installed.

Where did I blame you for the issue in my review? Read the subject, read the content. My feedback is about the poor approach to customer support, and also the fact that the website suggests no refunds and exchanges only within 7 days. This leaves me with the impression that I have no path of resolution, and until only after several hours of debate over voice recordings and confusing troubleshooting instructions, it is only being suggested that a new cable will be sent. No confirmation.

Also I find it interested you have time to reply here, claim the issue is resolved in your update, but I have yet to hear back to my question on Whatsapp as to what is the next step? Is a new cable being shipped? Is there a confirmation or tracking? Is there costs to me?

My review reflects an immature customer support experience and regardless of our latest discussion over a Whatsapp chat, my feedback remains the same and this issue remains open. May I suggest actually closing the matter with the customer first, then trying to debate a review here?

Amazing company, had a item delivered there by mistake, they went out there way to return the item to me and we're so honest. I honestly am so grateful as it was a gift for my mom. ❤️

The customer support was excellent, ran into a few install problems which they sorted for me as soon as they could. Few WhatsApp messages later and all sorted, will definitely use these again.
