Jaswinder, Singh Gotra was our driver and was unpleasant. He locked the windows because he claimed I opened & closed my window too frequently. He tail gated, drove herkyjerky with gas & braking-had to be asked not to brake sharply when approaching stopped traffic. He had dirty coffee cup in the rear cup holder which he threw out on our driveway. He made no effort to help with a roller bag.
I’ve used Dial7 for decades! All the drivers have been excellent - friendly, good drivers. PLEASE never assign him to me again.
I gave him a $20 tip on a drive from the west village to South Salem 4/8/26- but maybe shouldn’t have!
On the positive—He was on time and agreed to use my directions.

Would use again
Driver showed up early which was good as we were running a bit early anyway. They texted me the make, model and license plate number of the car. Driver was polite and the car was very clean. Got to the airport way earlier than I expected. Booking was easily done online.

Charged us $7 for toll but driver took…
Charged us $7 for toll but driver took us to a bridge and didn’t take the midtown tunnel. It made our trip longer and passing through unfamiliar places from LGA to Manhattan considering it was at 1:50am with my wife and 7 yo daughter with me that we wanted to arrive right away to our destination at a hotel in Time Square after a very long delayed flight from California. Paid $96 plus tip and the Company Should refund us the something and reeducate the driver. I stopped taking this car service and would not recommend to my friends and family ever! Anyway, I found a better, reliable, and honest car service.

Driver did not honor my discount coupon…
Driver did not honor my discount coupon of $6. Instead he charged full fee of $105.46 and not $99.46. Besides this, O gave him $120.00. This is the second time they don’t honor the discount rate. I tend to use dial 777 several times, but not happy with this reaction.
