Ordered from them over a year ago. They will not stop texting from various numbers. Reported them to BBB twice and they “claim to have removed me” but not even a week after my last complaint I’m getting texts again. Don’t give these people your info

First time customers don't matter to them. Please take your money elsewhere! They false advertise with 2 day shipping! 6 days to be exact Call to cancel told me package was stolen had to get a claim. which it was never shipped. I called at 9am to cancel they did.. then 3 hours later get another email saying I'm not getting a refund and they shipped it. They could have canceled instead decided to ship it . so now I have to return it just to get my money back. Just a bunch of none BS you don't need in your life! I will make sure to spread the word dont use this company!

Not even 2 minutes after signing up for this website and I am getting new spam mail about crack corn salad recipes. Chat bot doesn't work and only line of communication is through e-mail. A definite no-go for anyone with a frontal lobe.

I ordered gummies from them last year. They were ok. They get one star because no matter how many times I block or unsubscribe from their text messages, I keep getting text messages from Diamond CBD. I will block one number, not a month later I get another advert from another number. It's annoying, I regret ever having to enter my phone number when I ordered something.

This is the 4th time I’ve payed for 2 day shipping but it’s taken 4+ days. Why do I have to pay for a shipping time I don’t get? The products are okay but the fact I have to pay for a time I don’t receive is frustrating especially when it’s an extra $10. I used to buy from this site when shipping was on time but I recommend finding a different site that charges reasonably for shipping.
