Remove legitimate review !
1 star. DiamondsNL unfairly had Catawiki remove my truthful and legitimate review just because they didn’t like it. I contacted them twice beforehand without proper response, and it was neither defamatory nor offensive. Unethical behavior to evade responsibility on a ring with a certified stone: the seller must answer the customer, not deflect to third parties (see Italian Consumer Code art. 128-135).

Hi, thank you for the feedback/questions, however as we told before we cannot answer your specialist question regarding grading about the HRD certificate. This lot has been graded by HRD, and we cannot answer specialistic questions regarding their certificate.
You threatend us to leave "more" negative feedback, but we simply -cannot- answer your question. We are really sad, that another negative feedback has been left on this channel (our physical diamond store) which has 0% connection with Catawiki, or HRD in this matter.
You left negative feedback about this on Catawiki's platform where this was bought, but your feedback is again directed at HRD. This is why it got removed, since neither us not Catawiki can solve/answer this for you. I can understand this might be frustrating to you, but it's mean and misleading to leave another negative feedback elsewhere, just because. You need to contact HRD, and leave your question/frustration there, - Not here.
This is our Boutique diamond store we have worked so hard for to open, it has 0,0% connection with the auction sector.
We give complementary parfume and or champagne to each customer we have in the store, everyone is utmostly statisifed, and now this channel has been blemished by quite a rude, disproportional, perhaps even blackmailed negative feedback - simply because we cannot answer your question regarding certification from another company.
I am really sad, I hope you can consider remove this feedback it's very unfair.
