I recently purchased DI'AURA 's Day & Night Balance Duo (30-day packs), which includes the Lunar Calm Tea for evening and Solar Ignite Tea for Morning or day time, and I’ve been using them consistently for about a week now.

The packaging is quite lush and thoughtfully done, which gives a nice first impression. The herbs are 100% natural, and as mentioned on the packaging, they include some rather exotic and rare ingredients. These aren’t artificially flavoured teas - they feel simple, clean, and genuinely functional.

The Lunar Calm Tea has fitted nicely into my evenings. I’ve been sleeping more peacefully since I started having it, and I wake up feeling more rested. It’s becoming a calm and easy part of my night routine.

The Solar Ignite Tea works well as a low-caffeine option during the day. It is composed of almost 10+ super herbs, gives a gentle lift without any jitters, and I’ve felt a bit more Uplifting and balanced day.

I’ve also noticed a slight improvement in my skin and whole body, and overall I do feel a bit more refreshed with these unexpected benefits.

I love how this has turned into a simple and easy self-care ritual that I can stick to without much effort.

I appreciate the brand’s sustainable and nature-centric approach - it feels considered rather than overdone.

I’d be interested in trying the bamboo sleep mask from their collection as well.

High quality and thoughtful

The full package of the morning and night herbal teas, silk sleep mask, and golden spoons has a luxurious feel to it which I would be thrilled to gift or to receive. The two teas are mixes of interesting and powerful herbs and flowers, which contribute to either night relaxation or daytime energy.

The night tea contains many nervous system calming herbs that are not usually found in supermarket sleep blends, including blue lotus which is a potent herb that aids sleep and wellbeing. The morning tea also contains a strong balance of plants that aid clarity and energy, as well as inner harmony.

These blends are not your everyday mixes and further research will reveal they are all effective herbs for calming or bringing energy. In that way this feels like a unique, thoughtful product.

The four star reflects the flavour of the night time tea, which is not very distinctive. If you are looking for a functional tea, I don't think it will bother you, but if flavour is important, I think it will. The packaging is also hard to get a well mixed spoon from as it is quite tightly vacuum packed, so might be worth decanting into a larger jar.

I’ve been having the Lunar tea for the past couple of weeks, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in both my sleep quality and how easily I fall asleep. It helps slow my heart rate and really calms me down before bed, making it much easier to switch off and relax.

Great for someone who struggling with restless nights sleep. Natural and good quality. Beautiful with a teaspoon full of honey. For me it did take a week before I really felt the benefits but so worth it, now part of my nightly routine to help wind down and have a nice sleep. From someone who has tried quite a few different natural remedies this is by far the best. Definitely recommend. Comes in such beautiful packaging as well.
