I found itvery easy to order my fiamma…

I found itvery easy to order my fiamma table base and I’m not particularly computer literate. The quality is good and folds up for storage. Can’t wait to start using it in a couple of weeks.it arrived within a few days of ordering viavaust post who actually yell out or knock at door to let you know it’s arrived. Can’t fault delivery or the product

I bought a refurbished computer.

I bought a refurbished computer.
I understand it is 2nd hand, so expect it wont be a perfect, but totally wrong and broken computer was delivered. It is not powering on at all. Literally they sent me a junk/trash, really disappointing.
The worst part is their customer service not responding at all.
I feel like I got scammed.

Easy to order online.
The reason for the 4 star is that I got an email request to review 4 days after purchase, however it was clear the item was not going to be delivered for several weeks. How am I supposed to review a transaction that hasn't been completed yet? Surely a tech company can adjust the auto-email to fit the advised shipping times

Dropshipping

They make it seem like they're selling their own stock, but instead display listings from random third-party merchants. There isn't any indication in search results that the item comes from someone else.

And then, once the item fails to arrive, you're supposed to sort it out directly with Cheap Crap Inc located in East Buttock, Afghanistan.

If I wanted Temu or AliExpress, I would've went to Temu or AliExpress. (And saved a bit of money in the process)

Excellent support
Purchased a power supply from a third-party DickSmith affiliate via the DickSmith website. The purchase was easy, but unfortunately, my copy-and-paste job for the sending address was wrong.
An email to the support desk corrected the mistake, and the Affiliate acknowledged it through the DickSmith support desk. All round excellent support.

Misleading false clames of having…

Misleading fails clames of having stock. Misleading you thst you are buying from them directly but no they use second party to supply product. Also they rip you off. If I had not made thr inquiry why my product could not be tracked after 14 days of waiting. I would not have been notified my purchase was not even being delivered.
Then they DS will not supply a timely refund but parm it of to the responsibility of there supplier. Who stated the order is now canceled & a refund is in process. But no money has been refunded to this date.

Item arrived in a timely fashion. Product bought through one of their 3rd party distributors. You can't get in contact with this party directly. Item had 3 month warranty but of course failed after 4. Not a cheap item but a lemon.

I would give a zero if I could.
Customer service appalling. They sent me to delivery company. They sent me back to d smith.
Purchased a piece of furniture. Shipped in two boxes. 1/2 received and 2/2 lost in Hobart. So have half a piece of furniture to then be told the second parcel was returning to merchant (D Smith) after resolving it with the shipping company two days prior. So I will never get my completed order.
Disgusting on all levels but happy to take your money.
Going to office of fair trading.

Don’t do it

The absolute definition of sh t customer service. Actually worse than that - try contacting someone and they will take you on a journey of wasted time, AI chatbots and leave you traumatised. No respect given and zero empathy or accountability
