Order spare part for my lawn mower need it fast so Disk Smith was my choice . (I had not doubt I am purchasing from DickSmith Australia) When I check tracking it does not show ? Contacted DickSmith. Reply : This order was placed with CCCorporate (seller on DickSmith). CCCorporate have received your enquiry and will respond shortly. Nobody reply. Bought something relatively cheap from them and a few weeks later they charged $130 from my account. I reported it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.
Beware of this company they are deceptive. It’s not the reputable name at once was.

Magnifying glass with light and stand
Ordered the item on a Saturday and it arrived on the Friday. Packaging was secure and the item was as described and perfect for my vision impaired mother.
Only issue was the tracking; it stated it was out for delivery around 11.10am and delivers around 5 minutes later however it wasn’t delivered until 6pm that night.

Do not order from D*ck Smith. Very frustrating experience. Ordered an air con with a 2 day delivery. Never came and ended up having to do a bank dispute 2 months later as you cannot get hold of D*ck Smith as they have no phone contact and do not respond to email messages or bad reviews.

I will never buy anything from D Smith in association with Kogan.....somehow they signed me up for a $ 129 joining fee in the purchase...which was refunded through PAYPAL.....D Smith has Lost me as a customer......greedy marketing strategy from what I can see....

FIRST Subscription Sneaky Tactic
I find the method Dicksmith use to forceably sign customers up with a subscription to FIRST as deceitful an Un-Australian, didn't want it don't need it yet was going to be $129 sneakily taken from your account after a 14 day "Trial" period... dishonest behauvior.

Be carefull ordering anything from d smith or kogan for that matter. I bought a phone online....got the phone everything fine but 2 months later they debited 129.00 out of my fuckn account with no authorisation from me at all. The money is aparently for a subscription that I did not sign up for as I remember saying no to it. Complete rip off il be taking this further and reporting the theft of my money.

Thee most un pleasant experience I have ever had , they had my money for 2 weeks and only no product not even a tracking number and after trying to contact them many times no luck so I made a PayPal claim to get my money back , it’s the most garbage place and spam prices just to take your money and they spin it around for weeks then they refund you . Never again

The product is good but after ordering online, I didn’t receive an email to say my order was received so I had no idea if I was going to get it. I didn’t receive a receipt. I got a notification to say something was coming from China but had no idea what it was or if it was the product I had ordered from D Smith. In the end, it was the purchase from D Smith.
More info would’ve been better.
I thought by buying from D Smith the product would have been at least in Australia, even if sourced from OS.
Anyway, great camera…. so far
