Robin was amazing. He came on the day, in a very quick response time, and was very reassuring. He fixed the boiler, after a part needed to be delivered the next day, in a quick and efficient manner. He was lovely and I highly reccommend him.
Prompt and great service every time. Thanks
Excellent service. Robin was super efficient, informative and great boiler /plumbing expert. What a great company!
Great response time, punctual, knowledgable, effective repair rapidly achieved, very satisfied with Robin’s work and would use again and recommend to others
Robin was really quick at getting in touch and booking in coming round to assess the boiler, he even managed to come earlier when we lost hot water.
He got a replacement part and fixed the issue in no time, and was a friendly and pleasant person to deal with.
highly recommend
Excellent service! Robin came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He has mended the boiler and at the same time rectified a long-term problem we were having with the pressure dropping. A local, friendly, professional service, very reasonably priced; I would highly recommend to anyone.
Robin was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to service our old boiler for a reasonable price. He came over the day after I reached out to him and talked me through it whilst doing the work. I would definitely recommend him to others and will be calling him back for any future issues
Very prompt and efficient service. Genuinely honest and reliable. Robin showed up when he said he would and got the boiler fixed. Would definitely recommend!
I had a problem with our boiler not starting one Saturday afternoon. I called DBS and they came round within about 15 minutes. Quickly identifed the problem and fixed it. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would happily use them again.
Had a new boiler installed by didsbury boiler service, they did an outstanding job, left everything clean and tidy and recommended a really good boiler. Price was excellent too. Have also had a few other jobs with rads since and Robin is always round in no time and does an excellent job every time.
Good service! Strongly recommend you ! The engineer is professional , check all the details. He is arriving on time, fair and reasonable charging for the service.
