I had no idea that DietDoc had partners with BeyondMD and when I saw a response from my old friend Dennis I was so happy! Dennis know me.and now knows my husband as well and was an expert on the new medications you now have for weight loss.

Joyce from DietDoc is always kind and profesional. She has a clear knowledge of all the products and explains to customer very patiently. She definitely takes time to listen to the patient and respond all her questions. She is wonderful!

Though I initially had a bad experience with communication and shipping, Dennis the manager ultimately got involved and straightened everything out. He was super helpful and attentive and I highly recommend.

Have been dealing with Mae, had some issues with the pharmacy being back ordered and she helped me through it to get my order.

Great personal experience with this company AND amazing support with my personal coach (Nick). Couldn't ask for a better online support system. They've been trustworthy, helpful, supportive, and honest the entire journey! They've listened to my concerns, wishes, and needs and worked with me the entire way! I've reached my goals and able to maintain my weight loss goals WITHOUT struggling like I have in the past after crazy diet crashes and yo-yo diets! Finally at 50 years old I have found balance and peace in my weight loss journey thanks to dietdoc! I started my journey in May 2023 and reached my goal in Nov 2023. I am now easily maintaining that 50lb loss as of Jan 2024!

The Team at Diet Doc is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful. They navigate your weight loss journey with food plans, support people and Doctors that listen to what your goals are and take into account what your life style is like (I work in Food and Beverage and it can be hard some days) so that you are successful in taking off the pounds. Shout out to Gian and Dennis for taking me from 182 back to 151 as of this morning!!!! 11 more pounds to go!

I’ve been working with Joyce for quite a while now. Her customer service is always excellent. She’s always checking in and making sure that I don’t need a refill. And she’s very helpful when I do.

As far as the program itself and the company, have had really good success. I started at 199 pounds and today I am at 163 and losing. Very happy about that. I feel good. I feel healthy. I feel strong. I’m very happy.

The only thing that is a complaint, and the only reason why I didn’t give the company a five overall, is the price. It’s very expensive. I wish that we could use insurance to help alleviate some of the cost. But overall, I’m very happy.

I have worked with several advisors at DietDoc (Mae, Gian, and Dennis) and have found all to be wonderfully dedicated and helpful, making themselves personally available by text, answering questions and concerns at all times of the day, and even on weekends. They are proactive about getting you what you need, and getting you the nutritional or logistical guidance you need for your program to be successful. Mae in particular came to my rescue (instantly, and cheerfully!) on an order issue this last time, going above and beyond to correct a shipment error and to ensure that I had all the necessary documentation and receipts to work with my HSA/FSA. She gave me total confidence in the reliability of her team! Thank you all. :)

Gian is my advisor and I can always count on him to be responsive, thorough, and proactive. He follows through on transactions and requests---I never worry that anything will fall through the cracks.
