One of the plants arrived damaged which we were really disappointed with. The bottom of the box was covered with soil.
Otherwise pleased with the result.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new plants and the overall experience with Dig Club! From start to finish, everything was seamless — the planting plan was so thoughtful and easy to follow, even for someone who has never planted a single plant.

The plants arrived in perfect condition, really well packaged, and clearly well established. Two weeks now in the ground and they’ve started flower again and grown. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with delivery dates — their communication was excellent, and it made the whole process stress-free.

I went for the Nordic Theme instant bed - I love that the mix includes perennials, evergreens, and grasses, giving year-round structure and interest. It’s already transformed my garden, and I can’t wait to watch it evolve through the seasons. Such great value, brilliant customer service, and beautifully curated plant choices. Highly recommend Dig Club to anyone wanting a garden that looks designed and full from day one.

I really am loving my beautiful Evergreen Gem collection at the moment. I bought for sun and shade. They brighten my view from my kitchen window and show no signs of fading away.
I purchased some Classic and will definitely be getting more of my Dig 'hit' in the spring.
No more wasted money on mistakes at the garden centres from now on.

Good variety of plants - the herb selection was very good

No concern over the quality of the plants or delivery of order that was all good but from a cost standpoint you may as well go to your local garden centre & you can see & choose the plants before you pay for them.

I wanted to try dig after seeing it on Dragons Den but I’m afraid I won’t be a repeat customer as I did not see the value for me personally.

Plants are already thriving and flowering where they've failed before. Great communication and delivered safe and secure. All plants arrived in tact

Beautifully designed flower beds.

The staff at Dig, Fabienne in particular, went above and beyond to help me plan my patio garden. She listened to my ideas and worked with them, guiding me in my decision making and offering advice and alternatives where required. The flowers she suggested are beautiful, reasonably priced and delivery was painless. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Dig again without hesitation.

Really fantastic service especially for a total gardening novice like myself. Fabienne my designer was so helpful, knowledgeable and full of great ideas especially given my tricky brief for a small London garden with a need for a planting scheme that requires little maintenance. I'm so happy with the results and it even looks like I know what I'm doing!

A few months on and my Mediterranean starter plants are thriving! They were a little smaller than expected when they arrived but I needn’t have worried as they soon grew healthily and bloomed. The gaura is my favourite thing in my garden! Communication was responsive and helpful.

Absolutely love my instant garden and the quality of the plants were amazing and didn’t lose any. They have flourished. I even split some where I could to make them go a little further.

Not knowing what plants to buy Dig just made it so easy and getting delivery straight to my door.

I’m sure next year they will look even more amazing. They were a little on the pricey side but worth every penny to me to have an instant border. Will use Dig again.

Really lovely people to deal with but results disappointing - i have not got the cottage garden - A BRIGHT SUMMER SHOW WHICH LASTS UNTIL TGE AUTUMN
