I've been running a small Etsy shop for a while, and good embroidery digitizing is hard to find. I tried them once, and now I don't go anywhere else.. The stitch files always run smooth, no thread brakes or weird pulls. The designs come out looking professional. And the best part their pricing is actually fair. You can tell they want long-term customer not just quick sales.

I've been using different embroidery services for my small clothing brand, but Digit-it is now my go-to. They just get it right every single time. I sent them a detailed logo with gradient colors and thought it might lose detail after stitching, but nope, it came out flawless. Even my customer noticed the improvement. I also love how polite and down to earth their staff are. They actually care if you're happy with the result. It's nice working with people who take pride in what they do.

I absolutely love everything I got. Very well done and even shipped with care. Cindy kept me updated along the way of everything and sent pictures during the process. I ordered a design on the Babylock…
I ordered a design on the Babylock Solaris member page from Stacy Jones and was given a link to Paypal. I ordered the design and paid $20 (have been charged by PalPay) and did get the pdf (instructions) for the design but have never received a link where I can download the PES format. Please help
