Excellent, good communication

Fantastic service and providing me with invaluable advice and support in migrating me over to Microsoft Business 365 with Copilot. Arranging the licence, the tenancy and setting up a domain for my business and linking it to the Microsoft account in a seamless and fully managed way. The entire migration was handled so smoothly that my day‑to‑day business was never disrupted at any point.

Great service and value for money.

An old Windows 10 PC that hadn't been backed up for a while (I know...) suddenly stopped booting up, not getting any further than the BIOS settings. Digital Doctors collected the PC, identified the cause, installed a new drive, and installed Windows to get the machine booting again. That got the machine usable again. I was planning on getting a new Windows 11 PC anyway, so I've taken the opportunity opened up by Digital Doctors getting the old machine working again to move all of the important stuff to the new PC (where it is now backed up automatically!) and plan to use the old PC to replace my Home Assistant hub (for home automation), and to act as a Network File Server. Couldn't have done that without the repair :-)

Very helpful with working out what had caused computer to keep crashing and helpfully suggested parts/fixes to help it run faster also. Very responsive to calls also.

Digital Doctors successfully installed a new hard drive on my computer about a year ago, and it's worked fine. But the Microsoft 365 programme was very old and during the year began to raise more and more problems. I contacted DD again, and John R worked online with me to install a new programme. But what would normally have been a very simple job turned out to be much more complex than usual, so instead of a half-hour procedure, it took several days to get it right. Throughout the process, John was extremely patient: I'm not very knowledgeable about computers or software, but he was a good communicator; and he didn't charge extra for all the work he'd done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks, John

They also stepped in straight away to change the courier once a problem arose.

John was very professional throughout the service he provided.
