Don’t get fooled - I did

Please, read all the one star reviews before ordering anything on Digitaland…
I bought a Nikkor camera lens and Digitaland withdraw the money the day after. I waited for three months. No sign of the lens and no replies on my mails. Luckily the fraud department of my bank took over the case and gave me the money back.

I also experienced exactly what the others before me wrote.(Ordered 01.05.2021 and never got anything)

I ordered at Digitaland because a friend of mine had good experience with them many month ago and got his orders in time etc.
But he said that he thinks they are now INSOLVENT, and that he experienced this also with another Chinese company that got insolvent now and that he got his money back through the credit card company.
I will try this now.

Was promised 7-10 days delivery, and after purchase it was changed to atleast 40 days. I refunded the purchase, but never received the refund. Received confirmation that my purchase would be fully refunded, but never received it. Now they just dont reply to my mails, and their phone numbers doesnt work.

Pure money grab.

Ordered a camera beginning of June. Been 40 plus days. No replies to my email, and no refund. Complete scam. They need to be stopped from doing business here.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
They are frauds and thieves. I paid for a camera almost two months ago and was told the delivery time was 7 - 18 days. I eventually ask for a full refund, and have not had a response since then.
Spread the word and make sure no one purchases anything from these criminals.

It has been 2 month since I received a written confirmation that i would get a full refund of 1.400 euro. Nothing happened, many emails later, and I dont get any answers and still No refund.

Do not buy anything from this company. You think that you are saving money, but trust me all you get is a lot of stress. They are totally incapable of keeping to their promises. Not only that, but someone called Veronica seems very helpful. However, there is a clear difference in the level of English which means that emails are signed off in the name of Veronica. Unless of course they have 10 Veronicas that just happen to work there.
I made an order on 24 Mar and despite a very long game of cat and mouse nothing was ever received. In the end I have had to recover the money back from my credit card company.
IN SHORT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. INSTEAD PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS!! ALSO, CAN YOU IMAGINE THE PROBLEMS YOU WOULD HAVE IF IT DID ARRIVE AND IT WAS DAMAGED??

25 februari 2021 I ordered a item that I’m still waiting for, its not acceptable, I have been patient but it’s enough don’t u think?

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I really mean it, they might be cheap, however i can tell that after 40 days off hearing nothing about the status of my item I did ask to get my money back...
Been more than 2 weeks and they haven't done that yet.

What a mess! They are own me 1.800 euro. I cancelled my order the day after I made the order I get the response it would take 7-10 days to get my refund. WHY!? Anyway I wait 10 days and asking again, "where is my refund?" They answer I need to wait til next week. Next week I mail again and they say the refund would come during the week. Why this waiting? I have made many orders from E-infinity (a similar online store) with many successful orders and if I changed my mind they refund me the day after. No questions asked. Now I going thru equal messy customer service from PayPay. What a freaking mess this has become! Digitaland are nothing but thieves it looks like?

The positive reviews must be fake!

Ordered a camera but after weeks of waiting and no order showing up, I wrote to them - several times - but couldn't get a reply. Very frustrating as the 3.000 euros was withdrawn immediately after purchase. Had to threaten them with contacting PayPal before I got an answer, saying they hadn't been able to send the order. 8 emails later they agreed to return me my money, but again nothing happened until I wrote to them through PayPal.

I know people have had better experiences than me, but I would never order there again if this is the risk that I'm running!

I'm Dutch but i'll do the review in English. Ordered 16 feb 2019 a Canon 5D mark IV, battery grip BG-E20, battery LP-E6N, Lens EF 85mm f1.8 USM and a Hoya HD UV filter 77mm.
I had some nervous feelings when i ordered but i must say that everything went with the same smoothness as ordering the stuff.
I received my order on march 4th so exactly two weeks after the order and everying was in the original boxes and well packed.
The company is 100% thrust worthy and i do recommend them

5 minutes on the net to look for prices , 5 minutes on the DIGITALAND web page, 3 clicks, paypal OK too (good choice). 10 working days later, the 24 mm nikkor is already in my bag through DHL ... what else would you like?. Simply Brilliant ....ready for my next purchase in DIGITALAND
