It was a very simple registration and payment

Fast, easy process

When a one-time vignette is purchased, the buyer is automatically signed up for recurring monthly vignette purchase without receiving any email stating such. The original receipt states that it is a limited time vignette only, no mention of the monthly charges to the credit card.

This is a deceptive practice and not a service for those of us only needing a one-time vignette.

Although digital-vignette-online.at canceled the recurring charges, they only refunded one month and not the 4 months of unauthorized charges as requested.

It seems like a solid and reliable organization, but they are scamming. When you order a 10-day vignette, you are tied to a monthly subscription. This is not clearly stated in the waste collection email you receive. Every month, €12.80 is debited from your credit card. It is a small amount, so you don't notice it immediately. Order your vignette through the official organization and you won't be scammed. If you notice that you have a subscription you can of course cancel on their website otherwise this would be illegal.

The company fraudulently signs subscriptions and is not a toll road operator. André Khreiche is hiding behind formal legal grounds and owes a lot of money to the people he deceived.

My intention was to purchase a vignette for one month. Now 6 months later I found out, to my unpleasant surpise, that I got hooked up to a subscription, paying a monthly fee.

My first reaction was that I screwed up while ordering this product. Then in the confirmation I found it clearly stated 10-day vignette.

Searching online, I find that it seems illegal to hook a customer up to a monthly subscription without explicitly stating this in the purchase order. Hiding a subscription in the terms and conditions (who reads that?) seems ilegal.

Awaiting reply from this company to retreive my unvolutarily paid money. This website probably know very how to legally deceive customers. Still exploring options to report fraud,

I subscribed by mistake when I wanted to buy a 10-day vignette and had to cancel my bank card because you can't cancel the subscription. This company cannot be contacted, they don't have a phone number and you effectively remain their hostage who is good at paying! The police should be notified and these criminals should be arrested!

They are crooks, if you buy a 10 digital pass, they will wait a month or two, then start to charge your credit card regularly with small amounts. Also, they do not offer GDPR compliant easy way to delete your data.
