Clear instructions on website, speedy service and friendly and helpful on phone.

We had been putting off transferring old VHS tapes to digital because we didn’t know what was likely to be old recordings of Neighbours or family memories. After a few false starts, I found Debbie and her magical Digital Memory Box. Debbie painstakingly went through my multiple tapes and extracted all the precious memories onto a memory stick for me and my family to enjoy at my Dad’s 81st birthday. What a service! Faultless.

I chose this company to digitalise 35 year old VHS holding precious family memories because they were a small family business. Debbie's communication was excellent. She checked all aspects of the tape postage/delivery. The work was speedy (as promised) and of a high quality. I would absolutely use them again.

The service was quick, and they did an excellent job of converting my almost 40 year old DVDs with video recordings onto USB stick. I only wished my husband was better at taking the videos!

We really liked Debbie’s personal approach, from her informative videos, her clear instructions as to how best to package and post our old videos, to her prompt confirmation that she had received our videos and her careful packaging when she returned the videos with the USB stick packaged in its own little bag. The opportunity to communicate with her via WhatsApp was reassuring.
