What a great service
What a great service, I dropped my tapes off one week and had them back the next. So wonderful to see old footage of my children when they were little.

We have a couple of tapes we wanted to develop and so we thought we would send one in to Debbie to see how it worked and the process. Debbie was so helpful, she reached out on WhatsApp and helped with any questions I had. After I got the link we sat around the living room and watched it together as a family, it was such an emotional experience to see old footage of ourselves as children.

Brilliant service
I was so happy with the service I received from Digital Memory Box. I was very nervous sending such precious cine film, but I needn’t have been - Debbie communicated via WhatsApp and everything was explained carefully, I got updates to let me know it had arrived safely and it was transferred to a download the next day. It was wonderful seeing the film and brought huge happiness, tears and nostalgia for my family. Very easy to download the cloud version and the quality was amazing. Will definitely use them again for some other film that I have - Thankyou

Colour/Grading
I found Debra very engaging, friendly and nice. My only issue was the fees were not explained enough nor the breakdown of costs. That said, there was room for discussion. Overall, a good service and I would recommend Digitalmemorybox.

I’m sorry if the costing process for the extra studio work didn’t feel as clear as it should have. So happy ! I sent an old VHS of my late Mum's family, DVDs of me & my siblings and then DVDs of my own sons when they were toddlers. I am so happy to now have all our memories in digital format so that we can all watch them again. My aunts & uncles are delighted to see footage of themselves as young adults (they are now in their 70s & 80s).
