The shopping experience was good and easy

I had an Acrobat Pro X long time ago but the license has been expired and I have been searching for a deal to have it replaced, instead of paying monthly subscription fees to Adobe, as I'm just a light user. Then I found this from their Facebook marketing commercial yesterday. I was reluctant at first, thinking it might be a sort of online scam or phishing. But still I decided to give it a shot as soon as I noticed the payment was actually done through a trustworthy third-party platform (strip). It turned out to be exactly what I have been looking for. Less than half an hour, I received the email with the download link and instructions of how to have it installed properly. I downloaded it to my laptop later, installed it, and voila! I verified and it's a full version, activated (as I have not got annoying notice from Adobe saying this is an illegal copy or whatever). Great service, Bravo! Thank you guys!

That's only I got for answer, no refund, or software after 2 weeks now...

UPDATE: Today I have got a new link for download the 2024 photoshop what I was paying for.

This is a cracked version of photoshop, with virus again. Just let you know before buy it!

Early days with the many Adobe apps and they show up any shortcomings of your computer. As regards Digitalophy, after some hiccups with the use of a suitable Mac version that did not materialise, the PC support from them has still to be tested, but so far so good. Despite doubting warnings from local camera club the package seems good value and to use outstanding licences is smart commercially. Sad to say, things have not worked out well for Adobe always stop it working if you are on-line. Can only use Photoshop off-line and digitalophy promised to fix but didn’t respond further.

Uploaded been great, did have some small very little issues, they been been great to make sure you recieve it, to download. i think i need to upgrade my PC. You need gaphics card would have 3D, and up to date graphics card. Then i may not have some issues

The software was riddled with viruses and malware. I am still awaiting a refund.

Full refund recieved before the date expected.

Simple process. Great value for money. Just bugged with my anti-virus during the installation of one of the softwares. Did work when I switched off for a minute.

I was sold the 2024 version of Photoshop and Lightroom. However it will not install and work. Tech support told me they don't have a solution for that and sent me a link to install the 2023 version which I already have. If the items are, at this time, inoperable then it shouldn't be sold. This seems to be a bit dubious.

First order was ok, second one I had to contact support as I never received email confirmation

Little bit disappointed but at the end support provided me with downloading link.
