I recently wrote my review, and gave it a one this was a mistake by me. I had an appointment with Anne to put my funeral plan in place, I felt at ease and explained all of my plan and policy and procedures. Anne was professional and caring, thank you for my time with you.

Funeral plan
Details of the direct debit payment informing me of the amount per month and on which date the payments were due were not provided.
I had to visit the funeral director again to ask for these details.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I would of given a higher score if it wasn't for the problems with the direct debit details.

Hazel's funeral home is excellent
Hazel's funeral home is very sentimental to me.
They cared for my 15 month old daughter 39 years ago when she passed.
I decided that's where I was going as they were excellent then.
I decided to pay for a fixed price package up front as I wanted to make it easy for my children/Grandchildren.
They did no disappoint me.
They are still have an excellent service explain everything thoroughly and are very competitive.

I was impressed by the way that Dignity (Ken Newcombe) dealt with our fathers funeral. They handled everything with respect to us and our father.
Although it was a very sad and difficult day for the family, Dignity took care of everything and made the whole experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend them and have even taken out my own funeral plan with them.
