I bought my bike and after only 3 weeks of using it i had trouble with the battery charging the support i got from there support team was very unsatisfactory. And they had no intention of replacing it even though it was was still under warranty my advise buy one somewhere else.

Some problems fitting , I had to make special brackets and I could not get the brake sensors to work so have to run without.
Overall performance is good.

Purchased this kit from dillinger uk very helpful and had the item delivery to my door with in 4 days. Perfect

I chose the basic kit as the bottle battery fitted my bike frame. The larger capacity batteries are to big and I did not want to mount them on the rear pannier.
Delivery was prompt and quick. I had a problem tracking as I set up my account after ordering and it never managed to show my order. Phone calls solved this problem. The kit arrived at lunch time and I completed the installation in about 2 hours. I had some problems centralizing the wheel. This effected the front brake. Sorted next day with a bit of filing and an extra spacer washer. The system works well. Just what I needed to get up steep hill to my house

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Easy to install. Driven more than 1,000 kilometers without any defects. I recommend.

Must admit delivery was quick. Had a couple of questions when there were parts missing from the package, according to the picking list. When I emailed the Dillenger team about this it appears the parts list was out dated the missing parts were built into the battery pack which is good. (Thanks to Jacob at Dillenger)
Dead easy to it install, took me about 2 hours and most of that was me being fussy routing and securing the wiring. I didnt fit the pedal assist or the power cut off brake levers I just use the throttle control. I have only been using it for a week, it helps when my Arthritis really hurts so instead of getting off and walking a couple of hundred yards to ease it I now use the motor for maybe 1/2 mile at a time for getting to work oh and back. Its a riding life changer for me.
The Only down sides are how heavy the bike now feels when getting it in and out of my shed and you feel all the bumps in the road a lot more to without suspention. Riding it is a pleasure again though.
I've done 34 miles so far this week using the battery in bursts when I need to and its now just under 80% charged from original first charge!!!
I am impressed with this motor and only time will tell how long it all lasts.

Ordered the 1000w midrive, 48v battery. Arrived at mine the exact day thay said it would . Fitted to my bike in a day with no complications . Fitted a treat . Boy does it go , very impressive. Would not hesitate to suggest this to anybody wanting a 1000w e bike conversion kit .

Ordered a conversion kit on Tuesday night, delivered Friday lunchtime, fitted & test ride Friday night. Good instructions make it easy to fit.

Swift service. Excellent product. All parts as described. Brilliant packaging. The online portal great to track order. One email never got a reply, otherwise faultless.

I took delivery of my kit yesterday, but could not find the manual on the web site. Within hours after placing a telephone query, I received a link to the manual I needed.

I bought the 250W street legal 13aH motor kit. It is great. Delivered in almost no time and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

I purchased the ARC 'Street' e-bike conversion kit from Dillenger which arrived within a few days of my order, and which I fitted to a Marin 'Eldridge Grade' mountain bike.
There were some issues with the installation of the magnet disc for the cadence sensor due to the design of my crankset, but I sorted that one myself with a few design mods. Also the owner's manual for the display unit is a little out of date and doesn't describe all of the settings - hence the 4 stars, but customer service is good and all my queries were dealt with promptly.
Overall though, this is a great conversion kit and this has transformed cycling for me (I am 64 with bad knees). It's a bit expensive at nearly £700 but I think you get what you pay for and the quality of the components is excellent.

I purchased the Dillinger Leopard electric folding bike a few weeks ago. It was quite easy to put together but I thought the instructions should have been a little more explicit, although the bike was more or less put together, but managed it after a phone call. I love it, it's so easy to use and the added power of the battery makes venturing out so delightful. I haven't tried folding it yet but I'm sure I will have no problem. If you are looking for an electric bike that's a dream to ride I would definitely go for one of these.

Purchased and installed two 250W electric bike conversion kits. Installation went well with no issues, and the performance of these kits has exceeded my expectations.
My only complaint was the disappointing customer care provided by Dillenger during the pre-delivery phase, with many broken promises given on the delivery date, and eventually supplying the wrong wheel size which was very frustrating.

The kits were easy to fit and have added a new dimension to our cycling habits. Customer support is excellent.

i bought 8fun kit from this company. It was more expensive than other companies but they seemed to be professional.

I was very wrong. I paied extra £35 for the toolkit, the toolkit i received was cheap chines and 4 important tools were missing. I emailed the customer service and they apologized and promised me to send the correct one but they never did.

The battery I ordered supposed to be 13ah. They send me cheap chines battery that seems to be standard and it has no labels at all not for the voltage not the size nothing.

At the end i had to buy some took to install my kit. I am really not happy about Dillenger i paid extra money for absolutely nothing i could buy the exact same kit form Wooshbike much cheaper.

In addition to that every time I email them they take a day or more to reply to my email.

My advice is if you want to buy a kit then avoid Dillenger.

I purchased a Cheetah from Dillenger and I love it. Fletcher was a huge help in deciding whether I needed an SLA of Lithium electric bike.
