Only order from them if you like admin

Had to chase several times for my order. It was for two summer dresses, but by the time the order had arrived summer was practically over so I opted to keep only one and return the other. From using royal mail tracked, I could see delivery was attempted, but they never got round to rearranging, and it is now being returned to sender. I have better things to do (3 young kids and a full time job!) to be chasing for whereabouts of orders and checking up on basic operations for retailers, let alone making multiple trips to the post office! Also sizing is all over the place with this brand! A most disappointing and unprofessional experience

This brand has changed - avoid as the customer service is awful

How disappointing when a lovely small brand goes sour as it grows. I have shopped with dilli grey a few times over the last few years as the fashion is gorgeous however never again - it has changed . Trying to return an item purchased online seems impossible - 14 emails , yes 14 to try to arranged return , dms with the founder and the conclusion is it is all MY fault . This attitude is running through the business . No happy sign off of ‘have a lovely weekend’ covers the levels of misunderstanding and ‘ you typed your name wrong’ . Somehow the system can get it right when taking the money but not when returning it. I have lost total faith in this brand . Sometimes growth is not a good thing .
