So far everything i want from an entry level tester. After trying another brand what i like about this company is their contactable and in the UK. Also the warrenty on the tester is extended to 3 years after registaration.
I like the simple design of the tester too & its functionality is easily explained and used.
Fantastic post sales service
Fantastic post sales service. Lost my end cap for my moisture meter and contact them to get a replacement cap and they shipped one for free! Absolutely superb service and very happy.
Disappointing Customer support
Once upon a time, their customer support was great. Unfortunately these days it’s totally the opposite from great customer support... this is just an example. We expressed our concern and requested to speak with someone in technical support regarding a product issue that had developed with our device, which had been causing us nothing but inconvenience. We were promised a call back on three occasions. After we chased them for an update, we did manage to speak with someone. cut a long story short. Unfortunately. it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They just basically palmed us off to deal with the product issue ourselves.
If they can’t support a loyal customer/end user with loyal support. Then It’s time to move on to another brand.
What they need to remember. Providing excellent customer support will always cost less in the long run than providing poor support!
Zero Customer service
Purchase order placed 26th Sept for the hire of 2 x dataloggers scheduled to be on site on Monday 30th, verbally confirmed by DiLog. DiLog then rescheduled delivery to Tuesday 1st Oct, informing us via email that they were not going to be despatched until Monday 30th. On Tuesday 1st we chased the delivery and were told by Dilog the paperwork had not been processed by their sales team and was still sat on someone’s desk. We were then given an apology and told delivery would definitely be Thursday 3rd following their failure. Friday 4th and we are still awaiting delivery – the end customer has new lost all faith and cancelled the order.
We even tried to arrange a collection by us from DiLog direct when the first delay happened, but were told they had no more units available.
From start to finish this has been a complete failure in customer service from DiLog and IHUK and has cast a dark shadow over us and our customers reputation.

Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Instruments
Outstanding customer service from the team at Dilog. Second time I have used Dilog in the last three years for provision of Multifunction testers. In 2021 I hired a DL9110 and I have just purchased a DL9118. On both occasions I was able to discuss my needs with the team and they helped me identify an ideal solution. Quality instruments which are simple to use and great value for money.

Poor customer service
We brought 5 testers from this company and one stopped working after a few months and was returned for repair in November, we are still waiting for it to be returned. Customer service is awful avoid at all costs and if you get problems they don’t resolve your issues.

Well worth the investment
Only recently switched to Di-Log testing equipment. FIrst impressions are very impressed with the equipment that I've got. It does the job perfectly and is a lot cheaper than its competitors whilst in my opinion still maintaining a high quality product. Got in touch with customer support and they had resolved my query within 2 emails. Very prompt and refreshingly good customer service.

Great Customer Service from Di-LOG
Only recently bought the DL9118 MFT. Unfortunately, it was delivered, by the store I had purchased it from, with a broken storage case, (no fault of Di-LOG). Apart from that I am really impressed with the build quality of the tester, it's functions, and the accessories that it is supplied with. And at a price that gives real value.
Anyway back to the case, I contacted Di-LOG by email, sending them photos and serial number, and as soon as they had stock, which wasn't long at all, they sent me through a replacement case. I would like to thank Kerry for sorting everything at their end, doing so with no hassle to the customer. Great service, Thanks.
I still haven't used the MFT yet but having read through the instructions... (Yes some men do that!), it seems very straight forward. I will update after first use.
Awesome products and customer service
I have recently moved over from a fluke multi function tester, Di Log have been calibrating my testers for the past few years and Paul introduced me to the Di-log MFT. He gave me a demo of how easy the system is and I was hooked! I purchased the MFT with the EV tester. So far it’s has been an absolute dream to use, everything is easy to use, the screen is clear and the functions are easy to follow! It will even keep the highest Zs value when testing a circuit with multiple points. It was half the price of the other well known makes and does exactly the same! I would recommend Di-log to any electrician that does testing. I purchased the Di-Log volt sticks as they even indicate voltage on the neutral side of the cable! Based in Manchester I feel so relaxed knowing that any issues I can take it to the manufacturer direct! A few years ago Purchased a fluke 1664fc, when I received it I took it to Di-log to get calibrated and it had a fault, I had to send my brand new fluke back to get it repaired, this left me without a tester for a few weeks! I would never go back to fluke again! Paul at Di-Log is an absolute asset to his company! If anyone is in the market for a tester then speak to Paul at Di-Log Manchester!
