Failure to deliver
Failure to deliver. After 4 weeks i had to contacted Directa. they were very kind and polite and said they had had problems with the supply of the item requested and that it should come with in a few days. Promised today. If it arrives that will be 37 days. i am a patient person an the item was unusual not available elsewhere.
