Good price and very quick delivery

Great service and very honest with my order as I made a mistake

The supplied goods were superb and they kept me informed every day regarding delivery dates superb customer care.

Great prices on the Jigtech handle packs I needed, and excellent service too. I inadvertently ordered a small item with a longer lead time and not only did they phone me to advise this in case I hadn't noticed (I hadn't), they kindly dispatched the rest of my order the same day and and posted the remaining item separately at no extra charge, so our work wasn't delayed. All of the door handle packs were in perfect condition and I'm just about to order six more. Throughout our refurbishment we've had so much hassle with late deliveries and faulty items from companies, we'd started to expect this. So to get such great service and hassle-free delivery was a welcome surprise!

We received first class service from Paul. It was very refreshing to speak to someone who helped you with a query. He checked stock for us and we were able to order exactly what we wanted. Our door handles are really nice. Delivery was free as we spent over the allocated amount and we were kept updated throughout that period. Our order arrived very quickly too which was what we needed. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.
