On initial enquiry I experienced a professional and friendly service, advising the owner would call me back concerning my enquiry. Low and behold Paul promptly called back and spent time helping me to select the correct
products in a professional way. I explained I needed the products urgently. Paul then rang back to keep me posted on every step of the order situation. I tried to find a particular handle to match my existing, far more difficult than I expected. Found one on Direct Door Handles which I was about to order but decided to phone first. After explaining to DDH, I sent in a photo of my door handle which did not match the one I was about to order. Paul at Direct Door Handles, went beyond helpful and actually found the exact handle from another supplier. I ordered and it was a match. Thank you Paul for all the trouble you went to especially when I had to place the order with another company. Would definitely return when any door handles are required.
